Game logs me out before I can make any moves

Game won’t load. It keeps crashing.

App starts to load then crashing. Tried troubleshooting steps except deleting and reloading from my iPad because I didn’t want to risk losing my progress. However, I tried downloading to my iPhone and had the same issue.

My game didn’t save on cloud now I have lost my full game and I am back at the beginning

I have been playing this game for a long time and put some money into it. Now it’s not fully downloading and I’m missing my egg house full of eggs and a lot of my items I’ve paid gems to upgrade. Interesting it works on my iPhone but not on my iPad. It’s like it suddenly doesn’t recognize my iPad. I’ve sent messages to support who said they are working on it but that was weeks ago. If I can have my game back then I would like all the money I put into it. Thank heavens I paid through apple.

Hi, I try to login to your website every night to get the free gift in reward streak. The problem is that a few times it has happened, once last week, and it messes up my streak so that I cannot get my ending gift. Could you tell me if it is something that I may be doing wrong? When I load the game and start playing it randomly shuts down. When I try again all progress was lost.

The game will not entirely load in. I have all the spaces with spinning load icons. The game just filled all the empty spaces with the spinning icon with me even playing! I can't place anything or do anything with the game! I don't want to lose my weekly reward for tomorrow. Help!!

the screen drag , sell and info icons on screen are missing in the game since the new update on the 29th. please rectify issue. the expand triangle in left bottom missing and screen-lock right bottom missing.

No daily gems ( still got 10 days left) Game in continuous play mode so field of play completely cluttered

Android App tries to load but keeps crashing. Tried to clear cache , force stop app, restart device, close all other app, disconnected Wi-Fi and tried with Wi-Fi. App is up to date. Still won’t load

No events are working. Says it can't find the internet but my fire is connected and everything else on my fire works

Crashed during an event and will not reload as long as the device is attached to the internet. I’ve followed nearly all the recommended steps, to no avail. This happened a few months ago and I wound up having to delete the game entirely and reinstall it, thereby wiping out a few years’ worth of progress. If I have to do that again, I’m not going to re-upload.

Game won’t load for two weeks, gets stuck halfway.

The game starts to load and then shuts down. It will not load for the past two weeks!

Cannot open app if connected to Internet. Will start to load then take me back to my home screen.

Event not loading, keep bringing me back to the world map

App won't load. Gets 50% loaded then gets stuck. Tried os update, app update, Uninstall and reinstall and restart. All same results.

Cannot update, also cannot purchase gems.

My game has been frozen on the bonus game for two days now. I have restarted my iPad several times after completely closing the app

The game stopped working properly around 3pm EST on 17 Sept 2022. The game attempts to load, but after a few seconds on the "home" or "world map" page, it closes down again. The screen will not allow you to tap anything, thus you cannot reconnect to cloud to make certain game is up to date.

The game stopped working properly yesterday around 4pm. It is loading again, but after a few seconds close down. It comes into the world map, but then freeze and then the app closes down.

My game was updated September 1 2022 and says New Version Available then says update now when I press on update nothing happens and I can get access to my game which I love to play

Game will work while offline but when try to play online to do the event the game crashes.

Merge dragons not loading and just going off back to Home Screen on iPad. Tried to update app but got current version already and also shutdown and restarted iPad. Still not working x

Have 5 lvl 3 fire dragons yet it just says merge 3 on four of them and some kind of clock thong on the fifth

Game freezes and crashes within seconds of opening for last 12 hours

Says connection issue, but my connection is fine. Convenient, since a new event has started. These guys are unreliable at best.
