Is Zen Match Down?

New zen room is not opening even though I have completed previous room

Keeps saying server problems. Check internet. Everything else is running fine including 3 smart tv’s

game keeps lagging. not that big of an issue it just gets frustrating

Unable to play Daily game. Background is now black. Screen freezes.

I have yet to receive ANY new tiles passed about level 1000. The feedback under "contact" claims that a new set of tiles are to be released in November...does anyone else have this issue and continue to play?

Pre game boosters won’t work

Really enjoyed the game until the past couple of months, getting kicked out, cannot get into the room to decorate, freezes up. I have requested help, they are saying it’s my device. The game really needs some work as my devices are in good working condition.

Daily puzzle gives 0:00 time.

It keeps freezing and then part way through a game it shuts off and you lose a life the screen goes black then you start again for it just to kick you out again I've uninstall it and reinstall to see if that helps but it doesn't

I can’t decorate rooms. The rooms will no longer change. It tells me coming soon

The little blossom thing isn’t collecting points. Each time I click on it, it tells me it will collect after the next level and then it says again at that level. I’m not able to complete any rooms because I have no points on the flower thing.

I have got onto Zen Master and it doesn't lig into game and I loose lives. Press things on the bottom and it glitches on them as well.

After finishing one game it freezes. Every time

The decorating feature has jay stopped. I moved up to Zen Master status and now I can't finish the candy room even though I have enough lotuses. If I click on the zen place tab but there's no room just the home screen

I no longer get ads, allowing me to play on when i fail. Why is that?

Cannot load unsolved previous daily puzzles.

Zen match keeps crashing in the middle of a game and then I lose a life. I have been stuck o a game for several weeks and cannot complete it because it crashes in the middle. I am so frustrated with this game, I am going to uninstall it.

I am completing levels but I am not getting blue lotus flowers.

I've gotten to the zen Masters and it won't let me continue playing the normal game

Game cuts out in the middle with an ad then you can't get back to continue and you lose a life

Cannot load the zen masters page. Page just flashes at a high speed the turns a pinkish red color and freezes.. has done this for last 3 days.

Can not go into zen masters. Screen flashes bright pinkish red very fast and freezes. Have to shut down tablet to turn off. Let me play the first time I made it into zen masters and that's all.

I qualified for Zen Masters but it won't load. I have tried uninstall/ reinstall, checked for an update (there was none) and cleared the app cache, this happens after I spent a bunch of money for coins. If this doesn't resolve soon, I will not be able to finish the Premium Pass and it will be more money wasted.

I'm completing the puzzles, but I'm not receiving the blue flower things, that you use to complete the rooms. Please help. Thank you!

Zen match will load but not open……day three

Love the game but the ads freeze up all the time and the screen goes blank and I have to shut it down and start over again

The game just keeps going blank very frustrating

When I lose a turn during daily puzzle and an ad goes,one more life is taken. So,I had 5 lives to start with, I play one game and I kose that game. Ad is showing after the ad I only have 3 lives left instead of 4.

It won’t let me go back and black the daily games. Keeps saying ad loading and then never loads

Game still not loading. So frustrating , we take time to report problems and never ever do you get a response, acknowledgement or explanation.

Same for me. Wonder if the purpose was to mine data then close the server. Then again I am very drunk.

Game stuck on loading for last two days

App appears to be stuck on “loading” for the last 2 days.

Zen Match just stuck on “Loading”

Zen match game is not loading. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it is still not loading.

I used to be able to go back and select the missed or failed daily challenges from days passed and try again, but suddenly I cannot get them to open. I have deleted my cache and data from the app. When I select that past day/s, the Play (date) green bar comes up and the wheel just keeps spinning and a notification comes up that states "Ad is loading, please wait."

Can't buy coins etc

I cleared all the tiles, it said “successful” hey the game for 9/23 is still open!

Why carnt I play past days

I like this game but it’s making me angry because it keeps freezing. I will start to play & it will just stop then start then stop and so on. I have all the suggestions and nothing works. Please help.

I used to get shuffle , reverse a move, and an option for another line. I have had none of these for a month. Why is this? There is no option to change in settings. This game is hard enough. Can you help please. Paula

The boosters that appear at the bottom of the page have disappeared. These are the ones that reshuffle the tiles etc. Playing on an iPad.

I opened zen match today and all my crystals were gone

I have been playing and I am on level 103 and I have never got the use of no boosters at all. They only way to pass a level is to purchase coins and I have done that quite often. Now I am stuck on level 103 and I can not go mo further!! I think this game should give me some free coins and booster. I hope you take car of this matter or i will uninstall the game and writ the developer. I love the game I lost two of my children and this game is good at keeping my mind occupied. I lost about 2000 lotuses that I had built up

I’ve even tried to email them on the address given on the app but the emails keep bouncing back If they’re not reinstating they shuffle functions then I think some refunds are due.

All the boosters I have accumulated have disappeared, so the game is hard to continue with. Very frustrating as purchased extras

The level I was on seems to have disappeared. Tried to sync by logging out of Facebook and back in but it said can’t connect to server. I’m thinking if I carry on playing will it be pointless as once I can reconnect I’ll be back to the old level. Frustrating as I love this game ☹️

The three booster icons are missing. I have spent good money purchasing them and now they have disappeared. This problem, according to other complaints has been ongoing for sometime it seems. You have failed to even notify us and make no reference as to when we can expect it to be resolved.

The options (swap tile etc) are missing from the game. Annoying because I have coins but can’t spend them!

Game crashes when trying to go to new room on iPad

The game is fine but the reshuffle and last card removal icon are missing replaced by ads but even when the ads disappear the icons aren’t there

The Mahjong Zen freezes up in the last two tiles,never cause any problem until I reach 100%

Zen match open then when you click to play it crashes, done it four times. Can’t play today

I am not getting my shuffles at the bottom of the screen

It will not let me finish, it goes black after a short time so I cannot finish the game. Once it does that you have to close it and you have lost a turn.

At most times of the day, the game moves VERY slowly and it gets tedious to wait for one tile to move every 30 seconds!

Game freezes at the last two figures

The shuffle feature and remove the last pick and the removal of three tiles features are not showing up on each game anymore.

I can’t use my coins to switch tiles, the option isn’t displayed at the bottom of the puzzle after I did the update.

When restarting a game due to losing, an ad pops up. Unavoidable, but the timer also starts. Depending on the ad length it chews the timer down
