Is Wordscapes Down?

I’m on an IPhone. Yesterday morning the game closed on me and won’t open. Support told me to delete and reinstall. Lost everything but I reinstalled and I downloaded from cloud. Still won’t open. Team leader of a full team. Need to get back to my team

Wordscapes will not load and keeps crashing

When I try to open Wordscapes on my Android phone, it says "Wordscapes keeps stopping." Then App Info or Close App.

Keeps crashing. opens and loading par goes a quarter percent before it closes.

Keeps freezing, so have to keep logging out and logging back in… many of my team players are experiencing the same problem.

App is frozen and I cannot open it despite several attempts to reboot.

An Ad appears when I try to connect and I’m unable to type anything

I have now only a blank screen and recently lost most of my coins.

Wordscapes running slow ie letters get hung up and freeze, games freezing. I’ve reported, others report. October 24, 2023 Please fix.

Wordscapes vanished from Facebook, when I search for it, it just takes me to a link for an iphone app. I only play it via Facebook on my PC. What's the issue?

The Wordscapes store doesn’t work! It won’t load, so I can’t buy anything.

Good Lord there is a lot of problems reported here. My problems are the constant screen freezes.

When I try watching ads to get more coins. The videos run then go to black screen and I don't get the points for watching ad. Have to close and reopen game

When I try to open, it stays on the orange Peoplefun page. Does not open, but goes back to my phone’s Home Screen. Started 3 days ago, when I believe wordscapes updated. Tried everything mentioned already.

When I tap on the icon on my iPhone, it just shows the main (Peoplefun) orange screen and then closes after about 10 or 12 seconds.

When i try to open the game and it will not do anything and after about a minute my phone will go back to the home screen

Follow up questions: My husband has no problems with Wordscapes on his iPhone yet mine crashes trying to open it on my iPhone. I updated the app last week and he did not. Your response to my first report of the problem said to update the app. Clearly that isnt it as I did update BEFORE the crashing started. You also said you are slowly rolling out another update. When can it be expected? I play every day and always play the weekend tournament. I’m really missing being able to play my favorite game. Please advise.

Wordscapes is not accepting chosen letters; clicking on them makes them flash but not appear in the puzzle. I deleted and reloaded the app, which did nothing. I can't find information about this. I've been playing this game for years, one of a very few that I have. [email protected] Thank you

Since the wildlife feature started I have been unable to play the portrait collection event on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s! It doesn’t pop up to play. Please help, Thanks!

Green egg will not open. Just have a loading screen/circle for it. Other play is fine.

I absolutely hate the frequent advertisement breaks during a game. It was never like that before. For this reason I am deleting Wordscapes and I am very sad as I always enjoyed to play it very much.

For about a month now my wordscapes app starts to load and then screen goes black though I can still hear the music etc., I have installed latest update but to no avail. This is driving me mad can you please get it sorted as it seems I'm not the only one having trouble.

Wordscapes seems to be a bad app on fire tablet 7. It has crashed, keeps going back to home page and now I have done everything suggested on 2 tablets and it won’t even open.
