Can't open books starting at time machine

My internet is connected but the game has not updated for a long time. Like the game but I hate they can not figure out what is wrong.

It won't let me open any more books after the first 3, I have the things to open them

game cannot be played since there is an update but an error message saying "something went wrong" keeps appearing. it cannot be refreshed.

I play this on my computer, It keeps telling me I have no Internet connection. It was fixed once, then came back the next day.

The game freezes in match 3 mode.

The download has stopped completely and an error message comes up saying, "oh there's some disruption, you should probably check your internet connection..." this is strange as my internet connection is absolutely fine the WiFi is working well for everything else except this and it means that I can't keep playing because it won't let me into the books due to this error message.

Every few minutes game freezes and I cannot close it, I have to end task and leave the game every time. Tried contacting G5 games but all they kept asking for was screen shots of place where it froze, as I explained that would be impossible as it froze in a different place each time. Not very helpful at all. Shame as I enjoyed playing this game but it is now impossible and I have now removed it.

I have nearly completed Writers and Beasts story but on my final challenge which happens to take place at Baskerville Manor, the game has frozen. Each time I click on it, it shuts down.

The match 3 is frozen and I can't play match 3 icon. The find objects work but I hate playing that way.

Game opens with ads for in game purchases. Usually I close them out n game comes on. Today, after closing out purchases, game also closed down. This happened several times today, whenever I tried. Never had this issue

screen freezes first turns half orange, then yellow, then black, I have to reboot my computer to get out of it

If I start the game my laptop is becoming black and nothing works anymore. Only a hard reset makes him a live. Yesterday I update Windows. Friendly regard Sietske

My computer.keeps shutting down every time i try to play a game. Sometimes it allows me to play 2 games and then it shuts down

Det går inte att spela banorna inne i spelen det är jättetrögt och fungerar inte alls. Spelar på PC windows, har aldrig varit så tidigare. Tacksam för hjälp.

Game is loaded on PC. When I select the Icon the game starts to load but never opens when loading is complete. Returns to desktop.
