Is Match 3D Down?

on Android phone, game freezes on the multiplier ... frankly makes me have no interest in playing anymore and I have played 7800+ levels

In the middle of a game the screen goes completely black & stays black for several minutes to over an hour.

Game freezes after a minute or two of gameplay.

Game is lagging and are unable to grab pieces and accurately use the multiplier from the constant freezing. Could be the iOS Apples 17 update being unstable

Freezes up or you can’t “grab” the pieces

Free spins advertisements not working

I can’t watch videos for extra credit. It keeps buffering.

A prompt comes up to install a security down load.

I am so upset lost all my coins and levels!!!!

no adverts in weeks therefore no opportunity for free add-ons

Spinning circle not allowing access to bonus 10 etc

I can’t collect coins anymore. The wheel spins forever for last 3 weeks. No benefits from advertising as well

Play begins at 0.00 every time so I cannot play.

Game begins with 0.00 time so cannot play at all.

Game only giving me 0:00 to complete each level - having to use all my coins.

After I've completed a game, it freezes before I get the points/coins for the win. Have to close out the game and re-open and never get the prize.

The game is giving me 0:00 minutes to do a puzzle

I went on my game this opening and it asked to agree to terms and conditions I accepted and it went back to level 1. I reinstalled game and still level 1

I after add plays to win rewards, the advertisement will not close, and the points earned on the level don’t show

Says error and is there a black screen or just spins

Match 3d is frozen in middle of game.

My screen locks after I have won a game when the Word Connect ad comes to an end and I don’t receive the win or any prizes, this has happened at least 6 times this week

Screen frozen on adpurchase. I say no and the the next game does no5 load

When you try to move objects down to be paired they won't move or they float in one spot and shake.

Keeps cutting out after about 2 minutes,

Game wont load. Shows white circle going round, as if its trying to load. Been like that for 8 days. Tried turning jpad off, but still does it.

Screens keep freezing when I win and I get cheated out of my free coins and 2 wins

The add SIMS FREEZES and the only option is to close the app. I’ve lost over 10k stars, 750+ coin and numerous other rewards. Senator compensation does one get? I paid for some of this!

Game not loading even after reboot

Now loading ok. Now, just finished 2 games, hit 5x, watched ad, then app closed. When reopened, did NOT receive the 5x…..

When I try to open the game it gets frozen in the loading screen.

the game stops and disappears before i can start matching.

For the past couple of weeks, the game has been giving only 20-25 objects to match. I am on level 3100+. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, rebooted my tablet, and nothing has worked. This same issue is also being experienced by another team member who has contacted support for help but has had no resolution to this problem. I am playing on a Samsung Android device.

At level 930 there are 1/2 the tiles and timer is 4 minutes

On level 3179, suddenly getting half the tiles and half the minutes I'm supposed to.

The screen is stuck on a purchase screen. I don’t want to buy but can’t clear screen

Game won’t load on my iPad since the latest upgrade 2 days ago . The tile picture changed to a bucket and spade yet the App Store is still showing the original picture
