on Android phone, game freezes on the multiplier ... frankly makes me have no interest in playing anymore and I have played 7800+ levels
In the middle of a game the screen goes completely black & stays black for several minutes to over an hour.
Game freezes after a minute or two of gameplay.
Game is lagging and are unable to grab pieces and accurately use the multiplier from the constant freezing. Could be the iOS Apples 17 update being unstable

Game not loading even after reboot
Now loading ok. Now, just finished 2 games, hit 5x, watched ad, then app closed. When reopened, did NOT receive the 5x…..
When I try to open the game it gets frozen in the loading screen.
the game stops and disappears before i can start matching.
For the past couple of weeks, the game has been giving only 20-25 objects to match. I am on level 3100+. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, rebooted my tablet, and nothing has worked. This same issue is also being experienced by another team member who has contacted support for help but has had no resolution to this problem. I am playing on a Samsung Android device.
At level 930 there are 1/2 the tiles and timer is 4 minutes
On level 3179, suddenly getting half the tiles and half the minutes I'm supposed to.
The screen is stuck on a purchase screen. I don’t want to buy but can’t clear screen
Game won’t load on my iPad since the latest upgrade 2 days ago . The tile picture changed to a bucket and spade yet the App Store is still showing the original picture
