It says the servers are down. Will they be back up and if so, any idea how long?

Server is down. I followed the steps on this site. Now it's saying it cannot load or install. When will tis issue be resolved? And will the time clock reset on the current games for items I've purchased? Please advise. Carol Annoyed in New Jersey.
