Is Happy Color Down?

When I attempt to open the app, all I get is an empty black blank screen. This happened while I was playing and trying to get rid of ads for other gaming aps. I shutdown my iPad, tried to restart the Happy ap but still nothing. This has happened twice in two days.

While using the color app, it logs out totally.

Happy Color app won't load.

Black screen for about 3 hours

App is full of issues! 1) Slow to load/open 2) Takes FOREVER to login using Facebook. I have to try over a DOZEN times for it to actually connect and start syncing. 3) Won't stop syncing once a picture is completed and NOTHING gets uploaded to their server. 4) NO OTHER WAY TO BACK UP except for Facebook or Google. 5) No way to get more hints except thru ads and only receive 1 hint per ad.

Is there anyway to make the app faster if slow?

There are many ads that won’t let me X out of them after watching. I click on the X multiple times & nothing happens. This also happens with the ads that have the Cancel X along the bottom of the ad.

Why doesn't happy color by number backup all my pics colored on my android device any more and I had a paid version of the game with no ads and unlimited hints and that doesn't work no more I want my paid version back

I keep getting pictures previously colored in my feed as "new". For instance it is November 30th and im getting Halloween images that I saw a month ago

Can't get past a strawberry shortcake ad. It won't close so you can access any of the pictures. Won't X out.

The screen turned black
