Is Garden Affairs Down?

I want to recover my account as I got a new phone

Every time I win a game it crashes. I have to load it up after each game and lose the hour I’ve just won

When I tap to open your app then everything looks good but when your app is loading and then the loading is come on 72% then loading is stopped and the app is automatically exit . Why the app is doing always when I open your app . Please set up your app and give me to play . I hope you will understand and solve my problem. Don't be think that I'm spamming. Level 3075. After last update the game doesn't work anymore.

When I tap to open the game, it shows black screen with judian written on it and in just in couple of seconds it turns off

I have been trying to load the game all day and it Louis to 62% and stops and doesn’t do anything. I play this game all the time and never had a problem till today.
