Ads keep freezing,game becoming vertualy unplayable!

Ads keep freezing. Same ads I get on other games but they freeze in Diggy’s adventures, especially the double you points ads.

Love the game but since two updates back, I can no longer exit the ads after I’ve watched them? I have to reboot the game and lose the bonus, nor can I play the lucky cards. I’m on iOS 17.2.1 and Diggy 1.18.3.

Certain adverts will play but then cannot be exited at the end when the X shows. I don’t mind the adverts but sometimes need to close down and reboot my iPad several times. The worst offenders are the word game SHOWN, the bottle fill game and the Google language app. I have been playing Diggy’s for some time and are quite near the end of Scandinavia. It is an excellent app but sticking adverts is ruining it.

Every time ad. appears game freezes,cannot claim any bonuses or free energy,have to turn iPad off and lose all bonuses.

Game systematically freezes when on a Words Game ad when getting additional energy. Have to reboot iPad or wait until reloaded automatically. A discouraging waste of time!

When a commercial appears it stops, I cannot leave this commercial and can’t get double energy points.

Why is the the game in the dark?

Constan crashing. Amost every window change. Extra energy optoins. Ads, You name it has been happening for at least a week

I tried to move a pipe in the Communication Room through a Forrest and now everything is black. It giving me an error “Area Vision error. Revealing current position.” I can’t continue in the level at all.

Need progress loaded to new phone.

I’m on the Sky Castle level and when I touch the shape tiles to place over the shapes in the castle hallway, the game freezes.

I have completed all of the earth dragon quests, but when I go to buy the earth dragon egg it shows I only have 4 of the 5 scales. I've checked several times, I have all of them, but it doesn't credit them.

Still game rarely loads past 39% on Facebook. Seems ok now on portal. Now seems no way to send support ticket, only takes you to forum.

Still issues on both Facebook and app. Part loads, usually to around 39%, reboots a couple of times, then throws you out completely. Switch off and restart of devices doesn’t resolve the issue.

Since last update the game hangs up (freezes) and either kicks me out or starts all over so often I am thinking about giving up and uninstalling. I also can't access the old map to older and completed games to get the Halloween story.

Part loads then crashes

Game won't load on laptop past 39%. Been this way on the Facebook app and pixelfederation site for 3 days now.

Diggy’s Adventure will not load further than 70%. iPad is up to date, all other apps work fine.

Won't load after 70% for the last 18 hours. Tried both while being connected to wifi and using phone data. Still won't load past 70%.

Since yesterday afternoon, the game will not load past 69%.

Diggy’s adventure on my iPhone won’t load passed 69% since I did update, 3days ago.

Whenever I select double score or play anything that goes to ads , I get stuck in a loop. The only way to continue playing the game is to force the to close and restart it . I have missed double the score, get extra experience, play the tent. It is extremely frustrating. The ads in my other games work correctly. It is only Diggy’s adventures

This game has NOT Worked correctly for a couple of year going on now. Ever since they introduced wat he'd advertisements in exchange for energy bonuses It doesn't work most of the time. So a 30 second ad plays down to 1 second freezes and kicks out to reboot. This happens in lucky cards and the watch Ads for the bonus Free GET ENERGY hot button. It freezes All over the gameplay when Transitioning from one site or game play option to the next. I used to spend a little bit of money on this but Haven't and WILL NOT . Many have posted how RIDICULOUSLY high the brick values are in the upper Regions Here's an example this Rome Builders challenge I will be very fortunate to get the 8th level ticket 🎟 to exchange for the special game piece. And Why have they not increased the Camp room by putting in a few more levels So we cam utilize All the storage/energy pieces The game developers are seemingly stingy with offerings for long time players And very greedy with brick values and exorbitantly high co$t$ for purchasing game packages. Extremely disappointing . I just use it as a daily distraction, but would never recommend ANYONE To try it out EVER

Diggy will not load pass 69-70% on iPad. Have reset and restarted iPad several times. Has not worked for last 2 days.

I can not get the gold box to disappear it always comes back

I need help figuring why the gold box keeps showing back up and the ice king dose not disappear so I can’t get to next part!! This is in the ice king thrown room

Diggy’s loads to 68% it’s been 3 days now. I have rebooted my tablet several times and it doesn’t do any good.

Won't load gets to 67% then stops

Game won’t let me log in. I just get error message saying reload game.
