When you try to open daily themed crossword app on iPhone it comes back with a black screen. I do puzzles daily and was working fine till last night and remains today with issue. Rebooting phone, etc not hrlping

When I click on the app, the app front page comes up, but then the screen goes black. My internet connection is fine. I do not want to delete the app unless absolutely necessary, as I will lose all my coins. I hope you can offer me some assistance. P. S. Munson 110surfave@comcast.net

My Daily Crossword was not loading at all today. I followed you problem solving for IOS. Step 4 says to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I did this all of my profile information was gone including the 2000 coins brought on June 18. I would like my profile back as I was winning the Diamond League yesterday. If my profile can not be restored then I would like my money back for my missing coins.
