It is solving for me. I answer one and then many many letters appear all over the screen.

The game is frozen

Worked fine until I updated to latest version a couple of days ago (Android version). Now it completely freezes for several minutes, several times. Freezes once I open the app and while I’m playing, it will take me 15 minutes to finish an otherwise 1 minute puzzle. Basically unplayable this way. Again, the game was fine before I updated. Hope it gets fixed in another update soon.

I never got credit for a 1st place win the last time I played Crossword Jam! This is the 3rd time this has happened to me! How do I get credit for these wins?

Every time game end it go to app add called Zemanta and get stuck and want let me return to crossword jam puzzle

I do not have the free spin wheel on 2 iPads but have it on 2 phones and other iPad. How do I get it on the iPads? I’ve tried restarting. I don’t want to delete the apps as I’ll lose the stars I have.

First time I open CJ it is frozen ie it will not swipe or anything after about 20 minutes it starts but by then I have lost any concessions like reduced costs for help. I like this game and actually pay coins now and then but I am getting more and more frustrated.

Wont let me get past 0.13 % of people that have solved the puzzle. I have been stuck on that for days and very many solved puzzles

It froze. i uninstalled and reinstalled so have had to start again. i had got to about 580 so cannot bring myself to do it all again. Farewell to a good ap.

Everything opens up then when it's time to play a game mountains come up three color dots to the top and it freezes and it won't load

Opens, provides daily prize, shows map with next game (I'm in on 1500 and something), after choosing that game on map, it goes to a mountainscape screen with 2 large dots in the upper left corner and one in the upper right corner. It is locked on that screen. I just now uninstalled and reinstalled, but have not tried opening it yet. I hate that I had made it all the way down to 2.25% level and lost all that progress.

Seems to be locked, an arrow appears for me to download a free scratch ticket. It says to tap it and that doesn't work. It's frozen at that point and I can't get back to the game. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it happened again.

The screen is just blank just want this problem fixed. Rebooted my phone has not helped. I do lovevthe game and don't want to Uninstall.

It was loading and froze on a screen photo. I have no option to close the page, only to close the app. I have cleared the cache (i did not clear data, as i don't know if that clears out my whole game process status?) and rebooted android several times, to no avail. I do not want to un/and reinstall, as i will then lose my status and have to start all over. At this point i feel like i want to just uninstall and forget this game :(

I open the app and the background image is the only thing that comes up. No puzzles, no letters, no buttons -- literally everything is gone except the background image (current country level background). I hope this actually reaches the developers because I enjoy this game, and all my progress is stored locally and not backed up, so I don't want to delete and reinstall.

Lost 18,000 points for free letter help!😩🤮 years of work! Try to get a letter? It punishes you by deleting your game, puts you at the beginning of a new game! You have to be crazy to try to get a new letter. So disorganized, I think the game is going out of business, it’s no wonder there’s no customer service. Why, they are headed out!

Knowledge points not accumulating in-game

I reinstalling wordjan on phone a d cannot connect to level at before.

Game not continuing on. I have to get out of the game and leave for about half an hour. I can then play 1 game then have to do the same again. Restarting my phone doesn't help it neither.

I was playing in the 2500 level and it made a static noise and shut my phone off. When i rebooted phone it was reset to beginning and all my progress was erased

When I start game, See Results pops up and I hit enter on that and it goes to a blank page. I have to shut down. I've rebooted my phone and it doesn't help.

The game when finished is very slow and sometimes after the advert the same game starts again and at the end says “already completed” I have deleted the app and started again from scratch but the same problem exists. Love the game by the way.

Crossword Jam had a Bonus Screen over the game aand told meI was number 1. I clicked on see results. That brought to New screen that I cannot exit and continue to play.

Crossword jam has not worked for me in almost a week, the videos will not show up to collect to continue on in game. I’m almost out and I will have to delete the game if not fixed.
