Is Clockmaker Down?

The game will not load to 100% for the last 2 days. It starts loading and then stops..

The advert " King • C • Gillette " plays then once the advert has finished after about 15 seconds it comes up saying Clockmaker isn't responding, then i have to close the app & restart the game again, this has only started to happen since i was prompted to update the game on the 15 - 12 - 2023. It only happens with the above advert that i mentioned above. I love playing this game, please try & fix the problem so i can continue to play Clockmaker without any issues. I did message the support team along with a screenshot of the troubleshooting advert. Never have any problems with the other adverts only this one " King • C • Gillette "

Have been playing for about 1 1/2 months - today it just stopped loading - game will not load

The game does not open at all - it looks like it’s loading but then closes and I’m back to my app screen

I have Clock maker on my Kindle and it stopped working 2 days ago. Every time I push the button to play Clockmaker, nothing happens.

Under rewards on clockmaker I claimed 2 hours of the lightning but it did not show up at all.. there's no way to win without using boosters.I really like to play this game but it is extremely expensive to play..I'm trying to decide if I'm going to continue to play it!!
