I am on level 2068. A “collect scarabs” screen has come up and it will not go away so that I can access the play screen. I have quit and restarted the phone and the game multiple times but it won’t go away.

Line. Of tokens collected across bottom of game are not working unable to access bombs, pearl or lightning or rainbow colored ball keep building up but won't respond when needed

The "helps" at the bottom of the game are not allowing me to use them. I have restarted my tablet and it made no difference. Is there something else I can try? Is it a glitch in the game?
