Is Ball Sort Puzzle Down?

Is the boss short puzzle having issues I was on level 450 and this morning when I log in I'm back to level one, what happen?

Game is grayed out and I paid for it

Game is frozen on special level with padlocks load screen. Somewhere above 5600. Nothing works, back out, restart, force stop doesn't work.

Ball sort freezes at special level, 2nd time, only solution is downloading again and I'm not starting all over AGAIN

The puzzle just stop working in a special level. The level with keys and locks. But there are no keys and locks in the picture and it is not active... I have restart many times. Not working. What to do..

Apps frozen at special level. Cannot even move the balls. Did everything from clearing cache to switching phone off and on, except reinstall (I am above 30k level)

I have frozen on level 1458 on a special game. I've cleared the cache, force stopped the app. I don't want to reinstall as I don't want to go back to start

Game froze on a special level. Looks like it wants to load an ad, but never does and all of the functions are blocked. Clearing cache, force stopping or restarting my phone didn't help

Stuck on level 1994 for about 6 or more hours

My ball sort puzzle has been stuck for about 6 hours or longer. It will not let me play. It will not go back or anything and I really wanted to play it

Had ad for another game and finally had X at top and when I hit the X screen just went black instead of going to my ball sort puzzle game

Same problem as Jughead. Nordstrom Rack ad that cannot be bypassed and causes one to have to shut down and lose progress. Super annoying, I just deleted the game all together, can't deal with it!!

Nordstrom Rack ads are not videos but a banner along the top. Whenever this appears the game is hung and must be stopped/restarted. Worst thing is, this ad pops up every few minutes!

During gameplay, an ad appears at the top of game (whey for living) which cannot be closed and causes the game to become inactive and freeze.

I'm having the same problem as so many other co plants. I'm at level 367 & about 330 the ad pops up. A learn more ads with no X to close it. I'm so sick of this I'm about to Uninstall with all these people complaining surly SOMETH8NG COULD BE DONE TO FIX THIS!!!

I have the same issue as Carol above, a pop-up appears at the top, not X to close out and just freezes up. I have to close all apps and reopen and start the game over. Happens constantly. Only stops if I turn off my wi-fi and data, but then I can't use the extra undo moves.

It wont let me use hints

The ad opens and NEVER goes away. The “x” that normally appears in the top right corner to cancel out the ad and get back to the game fails to appear indefinitely. I have NO CHOICE but to delete the app and download it again starting over. I have reached very high levels but cannot move higher because it ALWAYS eventually does what I described and it’s driving me nuts!

There is an extra (5th) torqoise ball and only 4 green ball

Freezing constantly. I can restart or hard restart and it only helps for a few minutes or not at all. I am frustrated thank you, Emily
