On Android i press icon to start game it'll say loading game. Get to 100% then exit game to phone menu. No matter what. Wont actually open game.

I were in the middle of a daily challenge bunny hide n seek. Then my game suddenly crashed when I had gathered 18 gifts and when I launched the game up again, I didn’t get to continue playing nor I received the gifts:( This is very sad because the gifts are so important for my character too improve
