i lost ever thing i was up to level 68 over 290000 coins and gems 7800 + went to to site to day alll gone erased...back to the beginnning of game i have beeen playing the game over years to get to level 68....
Every time I open the app it says server is not responding and support code 15 or 0. Have tried restarting my ipad, disconnecting and reconnecting to internet. Has been happening all day

My problems started on 9/12/22! I reported then got the run around. I have been playing this game for years! I have all the restaurants! The servers issues along with the game just not loading has been a problem for months. It all started for me the day I loaded the new restaurant (at that time) the Medieval one. Over 3 1/2 months I’ve gotten the game to actual open and work 3 times. They only lasted about 10minutes before it crashed. It makes me sad because I have a lot of time and money in this game. I love it!

Server not connecting say check back in 15 min it’s been several hours and I am still getting same message (Code 10)
I get a "server not responding, please try again in 15 minutes" message. It has been several hours not and receiving the same message.

Every time an ad comes on it crashes and the app closes. Can't even watch an ad for free con's/ spins
I did everything this suggested nothing worked. It keep saying fatal error and kicks me out.
