Hey, Last yesterday I was about to complete kingdom 40 but when I woke up I found that I was back on kingdom 28. This isn't the first time this has happen. Also, last week I was on kingdom 31 but the next morning I find that I have be reset bk to kingdom 28. Now l don't feel like playing anymore until this is resolved. I have contacted the support option in the game but haven't got any feedback. Please get back to me ASAP. Regards, Fitz Dausabea

I stopped playing for about 30 minutes and when I came back , it started to reload and just stopped halfway through. then I uninstalled it and it loads 3/4 of the app and just stops

Game Not Loading and a message stating “Something Went Wrong: 212” is what keeps appearing. Several times I have reset my phone, tried with both Wifi & mobile data (both of which are working for other apps) and also closed/refreshed the game but yet I am still having the same issue. I can not find any troubleshooting information on the Dice Dreams website and am unsure what todo.

Game was glitching and would not let me tap anything. When I would reset it by closing out of the app it would repeatedly pop up with a 213 error. The game now will not load at all and is throwing a 212 error

Every since I did the last upgrade the game started shutting down during rewards. Now the game will shut down at start up when going through the sale offerings. I can't even get to the first step of rolling the dice.

I won first place in the tournament that just ended and DID NOT GET PRIZES!!! the tournament with the glasses of bubbly drinks, not sure exactly what it was called. I’ve spent over $75 dollars on this game and not receiving prizes when I clearly won is unacceptable.

I've been playing dice dreams for a long time now, I'm on the 41st track and it doesn't give me videos or gifts, I have a strong network and the ads aren't blocked either

For over 2 weeks now error 255 has been coming up

Every time I start to install diced dreams onto my phone, keep in mind I've already had it downloaded on my phone before, it starts to load from the introduction page and then after a long time waiting, I get an error code or a something's wrong try again and a number 213.. I'll press try again and after a long wait, I might get a different code 16 but mainly it's 213. I've gotten pretty far in the game and I don't know why I can't redownload it?

Keep getting error 16? I've seen where others have gotten this. What does it mean?.. I've cleared cashe,check connections, I get the notification just fine, (stealing, tournaments etc).
