when it goes into auto it closes automatically and the screen is black

Unable to even log into the game and the one time I did in the last two days it immediately kicked me out the server errors.

Nevermind :/
Went to the forgotten ark and it started happening again so idk how it can be my phone anymore.

This is an update and I believe I fixed it!!! I did what the advice told me and cleared the data on the app. After that, I no longer got these problems. I would recommend you all do that too if you haven't already. If that didn't work; try to delete then re-download it!
(My issue has been resolved for now!! :D)

Heyo, me again. I recently found the problem occurs when I go into any world. An additional problem I found is a "communication error" popping up when I attempt to open the game. I have tried opening and closing the app and turning my wifi off and on again. Nothing has worked thus far.

When I enter Golden wasteland, as per the other comments, "server error" and connection problems pop up. Every time I hit the only option "retry" it just.. keeps popping up. The only solution is closing and reopening, and even then when I go back into the golden wasteland to do the shard event, the same problem pops up again and continues.

As mentioned, game will not connect and repeatedly shows a Server Connection error with the only selectable option being retry, which just infinitely cycles the same error message.

I'm playing on nintendo switch, and having similar problems to the rest of the comments, like having the "server error" window pop up over and over, which is annoying, and one of the spirit emotes didn't even save for me! So, I have no idea what is going on.

server isnt connecting im trying to play a run through of Eden and it wont stop popping up a server issue screen. its really inconvenient since i have to close my app so i don't die

The game keeps sending me notifications that it "failed to connect" and asks me to retry. when I click "retry", the game just shows the same popup few seconds later. I'm using Nintendo Switch.
