Is Hay Day Down?

When loading the game I get 45 seconds to play then it crashes 😞

I’m playing the Valentine event. This morning I collected the 5 bundles of hay animal feed but they did not register in the event as collected. It continued to say 0/5. I did one more using diamonds. Same thing!! So now I’m stuck there and can’t do anything to move on. This is killing my chance to stay in the top 5. Please help!!

Every time after an update the game keeps on crashing. I have done all the steps to solve it but it still crashes

Everything seems fine and opens up without an issue and the animations all work (snow fall, animals moving, customers walking around), but it's unresponsive. I cannot make anything work, move around, or interact with anything on my screen. But it doesn't carsh. It just stays unresponsive. I have an Android and it's been like this for 5 days. I have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling the app atleast 5 time, clearing cache and all. My other Supercell games work with no issues. Help!

The game just won't load keeps crashing.I have reinstalled cleared history etc and done a factory reset and still won't work.

Farm doesn't load properly, or farm loads but when I try to access my town all I seeis the grass and done paths for a few seconds then it crashes. Lately it has started doing this when I go to my fishing spot. I have tried all of the debugging suggestions including clearing the data and releasing the game. It still crashes frequently. It's becoming so annoying that I'm losing my mojo to play

My game keeps crashing every time I'm on it since I did the lasted update. Could this be resolved as its becoming impossible to play the game.

My game will not load right it comes on but then freezes and everything on my farm is really small I can't do anything on it please fix this issue I would greatly appreciate it

Having problems switching over to the "Town" just getting a blue screen and when I can get in not able to pick up my reward for puzzle pieces...just freezes.

I have lost all my my booster storage items and the current one I just had activated this morning is gone.

The game is crashing when i open , i do all the methods but it don t work

Several times now I have won items from chests and tried to place them in beach town only to have them disappear. Not put in storage, not hiding, checked everywhere. Rebooted didn’t bring them back either. This just happened on my dowbrowski farm sc-r22qc80gv99 . Gift was tulip shoes. Ty, Debbie

Samsung Galaxy A11...makes it to the main farm screen & crashes....I've cleared the cache & restarted a few times now and it does the same thing. This happens all the time.

My team mates have people to pick up but my town says there are none. Hayday team not interested. Service is pathetic

Installed Hay Day from Google Play Store. Opened. App immediately says updating. After lengthy wait, message appeared saying unable to connect with server. Try again. Tried installing on three devices. All same fail.
