It doesn't let me see any ads, they appear always charging, but I don't have any service problems outside the game

The clock/time stopped working, I’m not gaining any money AT ALL from the rent / hour, and the workers in the diner, medic and laundry are invisible.
The time has stopped and no one pays the rents. There is no staff in any of the shops.

Loads to login screen. Click login with Facebook but comes up with 'sign in failed. Please try again later. Error code 1'. Started at around 18.30pm on the 26.10.23. Have updated since and retried several times but still unable to login. ( Last attempt at 05.30am 27.10.23) same error code every time
Cashdaddy isn't loading. I'm unable to watch ads.
