Is My Perfect Hotel Down?

When I try to open my game, it starts to load and then says I have a “Save game conflict” it then gives me to games to choose from. I choose one and then it goes to the loaded no page and just stays there, doing nothing?

The game won’t load but it’s not because of the WiFi because the seems to be fine so I don’t know what to do ???

Game keeps crashing :(

I am unable to advance from the Festival Hotel. All level ups, expansions, etc. for this level have been maxed and there is nothing left to do. This is the second day for this issue. Please fix!!

I have a problem with my character where all the skins are deleted and from my level 100 back to 22!! I purchased a lot in the game this is unfair guys!..

It starts loading, but then stop halfway through and won’t continue. I’ve tried everything possible to solve this problem, but still nothing worked

Every time I open the app. It will start to load, and then stop halfway through and won’t continue. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning my internet on and off, rebooting the app and nothing works and i don’t really wanna have to start over again from square 1
