Planet 9 - moon's path. There's a bug in the game: after passing through the skull and going all the way down the stairs, there's no way I can unlock. Due to this issue, I can't proceed further

Certain dungouns on the 8 and 9 planets wont work and stops you from getting a 100%

The game says I should explore the frozen path in trollheim (german name for World 3) but at the corresponding tile where normally the path would be, there is no possibility to go forward or to add materials to unlock the way... also there is no dock at the down end of the world... is this a bug?

My progress kept on disappearing I don't know what had happened i need someone to fix this

It won't let me fightthe troll right before the first cave you get to explore. Therefore I can't advance through the rest of the game.

Latest update has problem unable to modify builds on home planet

Oh hit the app but it starts loading and then it stops and doesn’t continue.

In world 4 game crashed lost all resources but kept my sword and tools but world reset but did not get keys back I was doing last bit but can't finish now to move on to world 5, is their any way I don't loose everything and reset world 4.

Can’t enter the first dungeon arena on the second planet.

The portal to get of of Nowhere won't work. All of Nowhere has been completed. I'm stuck 😩

After I almost finished planet dimidium I lost all my resources that I collect from every planet. Why is that happening again and again?

J’ai un problème au niveau de la planète DRAGONORA . J’ai fait la nouvelle mise à jour car je n’arrivais pas à obtenir une clé, mais je détenez 2 clé. Suite à cette mise à jour j’ai pue récupérer la clé qu’il me manquait mais les 2 autres clés ont disparu.

So love love love the new planet, had no issues up till now. The gold flame thing isn’t anywhere that I can find to get the scroll for the pyramid. There are zero signs on where to find it and I’m salty over it

The game works with wifi and offline but for some reason it gets stuck on loading if i try to open it using mobile data and even if i open it offline and open mobile data mid-game it only loads ads and i cant use the online features

Having the same problem as a lot of people. The first key in Leizi is not registering and being collected. I cannot progress through the game without it.

In the dragon planet the cloud and diamond cave/ portal. The gate won’t accept the gold key. I was finally able to collect the key from the blue dragon but now I’m having issues progressing in the cloud one, bc it won’t let me through the gates and accept the key.

It won’t let me collect the dragon key and a month ago when I tried to fix it by uninstalling the reinstalling I had to start from scratch so I’m out of solutions. Even the whole turn my phone on and off again doesn’t help. PLZ send a bug update or like a free shop gift of a key. This is my anxiety relief game.

I cannot collect the first key at Dragonoras Leizi-dungeon? I tried restarting AND reinstalling the app but it doesn't work. (I have my progress saved on my google account, so I was able to continue after reinstalling)

Cannot collect the key in the cloud arena on Dragonara. I walk over the key but it won’t pick it up

I had a bug in the game and tried everything to fix it. I resorted to uninstalling then reinstalling and now the game stated me over from the beginning! Is there a way to fix this or am I sadly done?

I can't pick up key 7th planet leizi. Once finished missing this key. The Chrystal I can't give to the dragon to continue. The dragon is free but I don't see on its place. I'm stuck now!

On the third world when I go to molten abyss it only shows the path to get the key and not the stone thing. I’ve completed the rest of the 3rd world but I am stuck there as can’t get the final gem thing

Hi, I have successfully retrieved the three keys in trollheim, but the gate has only used two to unlock it and the third isn’t showing in my backpack area. So it seems the third key has vanished. I’ve seen other people have this issue too, and wondered what can be done about it if anything? Thanks

The app won’t open and the screen stays black

The key in the molten abyss never spawned in now I can’t complete the level. The fish killed the big skeleton after killing me. No key spawned in

I am unable to complete quests, i have one for collecting 12k wood and after selecting it the bar would not move and even after collecting all of it would not complete. i’ve tried with other quests also and haven’t be able to do them either. i am on ios version 1.20.2

The game freezes after a few minutes of playing this issue is on Android.
