Shop items are not loading and can't buy

I bought 9 alpacas on the new map and now they have dissapeared, but it still says I purchased them?

I am just getting a spinning wheel in the purple boxes that we can click to watch ads and get free items. It will not allow to watch ads, for 3 days now on ny Android app for Dreamdale, to get the free items.

ID: a_35177901 I was a level 25 when I reached the task UNLOCK YOUR PROGRESS. While playing it, it froze so I tried shutting it completely off and turning back on, which it never did. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it will load the very first time back then that's all. When I even try using the game that first time, it starts me as level 1 till I complete the task with 2 more emeralds. It then says I'm back to level 25 yet have none of my stuff and everything in my world is still stuck. Please fix or send out something letting people know what the hell is going on. It's really quite frustrating because this is a very good game.

Trade ship is stuck. Loaded it days ago but nothing happens

Trad ship not working. Can’t send mission or receive anything. It just sits there after I loaded it with needed materials.

Trade port boat frozen after supplying it. Now it just sits there, inactive.

Cant watch videos

Same issue as Mel with the cookie factory not giving me the blueprint

when you watch the videos to ride the animals the screen goes black and you have to log out of game to get it to restart but still not able to ride the animals same with watching videos for extra products the screen goes black and the video doesnt play and freezes the game

workers don't work on pumpkins.They are just standing there

Have been given the NPC mission to build a cookie factory but no blueprint was given, it only directs me to the build site in the bottom right section of the map but doesn’t give me the option to build anything or list the resources needed to build

After getting juice the missions are frozen telling me to go 'down' the magical portal' once there it's telling me to go back up... Day 3 of this after emailing them twice, restarting, updating etc. Really annoying.

i can’t get new missions my game crashed

NPC who requested Sushi bar has disappeared and I can’t claim reward to continue. Worker NPCs getting stuck too

After collect 60 blue crabs mission, no new mission has appeared.

on level 46 and have no new quests

Since the update I’m not able to buy furniture

Stuck on dreamdale title screen. On the 2nd day not being able to play.

I’m only on level 44 and a new task hasn’t come up after i completed my previous one

Can't buy furniture in the store, furniture is also missing in my home that I had already bought and placed and I can't place other furniture I had bought before I had problems in my home. This all started since the update, fix this please!

Furniture store is missing furniture items in three slots.

Same problem as Tracee. Blue crab mission complete in water and no missions since

Ran out of missions on mainland. I finished a mission to collect blue crabs. Then opened the chest while in the water. I haven’t gotten another mission since.

Resources not respawning, the worker NPCS are also getting stuck.

I can't place any items in the home. There are no buttons visible to view bought furniture.

i was doing the sell shells and before i got the challange i sold them all and now i dont have any and there is a challange for sell 10 shells but there wont come anymore shells i have looked for a couple of in real life days and have not found 1 shell

The new update made me lose progress. My level 6 iron mine now only products 20 items. My storage capacity went down as well.

The new update made me lose progress. My level 29 storage now only holds 470 items. All my machines also went down in storage. My next quest disappeared and moved me to an old one, I was working on a gem task and had paid 5 sapphires in and they’re gone now.

It’s telling me to defeat the enemy in the Aquariam place but the enemy isn’t there so it won’t let me complete the challenge, I did kill the enemy before it became a challenge so that’s probably why it has glitched it.
