The game freezes after loading up.

I just installed today and game froze. So I closed out and now it won't let me in the game. It says network unstable. Frustrating considering it's only my first afternoon playing the game. Doesn't really make me want to play it.

Cannot get the giant clam to transport to the fourth treasure in Deep sea, Gold Rush. Have been reporting this from the game help for almost two days now and have received no feedback. Gold Rush finishes in under 24 hours and I will miss out on the hat despite being in a position to guarantee success

Trying to complete the Deep-sea map of the Gold Rush but I cannot get passed the giant clam. The clam is open butbwull not give a ride to the next level to continue.

I wanted to play dragon farm adventure this morning but it keeps telling me there is a network abnormality but the internet is working with everything else. Says error (502)

Dragon farm says "unstable network" after update. I can't get on the game at all. My network is fine, just having problems with this game.

I was playing and it stopped during parkour. It won't connect. Says network unstable. It's been over 2 hours. All my other games connect with no issue, so this is effecting only Dragon Farm. Error code 502.

The game won’t start and keeps crashing during the loading process. I’ve also tried all your solutions you put in the customer service area.

I bred vanilla dragons. I thought they were supposed to make honey sugar, but they make cream. Is this a problem to be fixed or did I misunderstand something. Confused.

When collecting the last chest in the labyrinth map my internet went out and the game went offline. I have gone in several time and it’s marked that I have found them all but the little guy needs one more to get my three stars. Is there any way you can help me with this that’s my last thing to do to finish this map. Thank you so much for looking into this for me, hopefully this can be resolved.
