Why is my clawee app no longer working on my iphone ? It lets me logon and watch others but will not let me play ???

When i open the app i get the loading circle but it never disappears. Ive tried restarting my phone, redownloading the app etc. The only time i can get it working is if i log out of my apple login and instead use say google, then i will work but i loose all my current coins, rank, prizes etc so i don’t want to do that. This makes me assume its something to do with the Apple log in maybe? Hope you can help! Thank you, Emily.
