Got a new phone did back ups before transferring and even had game linked to FB and now I can't log in to my current progress. Old phone it's there, new phone it says the level but the board is empty like I'm starting over. And won't let me sign in with FB all the way. Help!

I’ve sent multiple emails, tried your “chat” is which you wanted to charge me ANOTHER $1 for! It started When I went to collect me 300 energy points from the Chef pass, I only got 35 THEN there was a data collision & it took EVERYTHING I HAD COLLECTED for output. Please get my data back $ give the the energy points I EARNED. Or refund the money I’ve invested in the game & Ill delete the app! This is beyond frustrating!

Microwave and mature coffee tree not working. Microwave won't take pizza to complete, coffee tree just does nothing

After restarting my tablet, all my ‘producers’ disappeared. I logged in again on FB, and my level is right, but the things on my board are gone with a ton of darkened squares (that were not dark) and no fish tank, sweet generator and many other things (fruit basket) as well.

Hi, I can’t login using apple info at all it says login failed, my screen turns black sometimes and I’m able to play the game my phone gets very hot and game crashes, this is a very fun game and quite sure others as wel as myself would like to keep playing but we can’t until the login and crash issues are resolved.
