Is Cats & Soup Down?

App will not load. App will not open.

Ads are a blank screen with no time-out and no way to exit them; I think it’s happening to all ads at different times but mostly to ones shown as part of the seasonal events (2024 snail and blue dragon attendance board). Interestingly, the ad was normal for double furniture coins in the mail/rewards, but broken for double event tokens (hats) in the same location. Have removed and reinstalled the app to no change.

Fishing keeps saying "unstable internet connection". It doesn't work

No ads or unstable internet connections- I have rebooted, etc.

The adv don't work but i'm connected to internet

My game is stuck on 10c gold , no matter how much I collect the gold will not rise.

All event stuff just disappeared. Capsules and fishing show no internet connection. No jar fairy rewards or anything.

the 2 year anniversary rewards disapeared, and the fishing isnt working???im definitely connected 2 the internet,ads ect all work too so i dlnt think wifi is a problem,i lookrd on reddit and this has happened in yhe past

The 2 years anniversary event disappears frequently, also snails won't appear. Another time the event was visible and I purchased an item, but the next time I opened the game it showed like I didn't purchased it, but my points were 0. Also when I try to use the claw machine or fishing it says that "unstable internet connection", but I checked and there's no problem with the internet connection. Does anybody experience the same problem?

Game isn’t connecting to the internet

There is no use collecting soup and juice, the rewards do not go up. It is impossible to see ads or any screen other than the main one. Basically there is no point in doing anything. you can only watch

Current event, summer valley clover bingo is gone as are all the items in the seasonal limited shop. Seems like I should be able to update but the App Store says I’m on the latest build.

Since the update the “claim reward” button on ads has stopped working so I am unable to exit the ad and return to the game (or claim the reward for watching the ad)

After the aug. 4 2023 update has cause ads to stop working properly after watching a ad your unable to return to the game.

I love cats & soup, since today is 1st aug the game updated, but after the update when i watch ads and go back to the game, the games sound randomly goes silent and i have to go out of the game and remove the tab and then go in the game for it to come back. and its annoying because the sound is really relaxing

Some of the game still works fine but whenever you try to fish or use the crane the screen turns black. The weird thing is that you can still feel the vibration of fish biting the bait. I can't even dress up my cats! Please fix this bug. It ruins the game for me and the others who are also having this issue.

Black screen instead of some activities: fishing (it works, there is a buzz when fish is caught but I have to click on blank where probably the button is) same with capsule machine and cat properties. It'black, I can't feed or dress any cat. It returns to the game when clicking somewhere near the border.

The event of Days Doesn’t work it’s stop at day 1 and fishing said unstable internet connection from the Day i Build it I never got an opportunity to fishing for my cats and that makes me sad

Game keeps resetting my progress to two days ago. Really annoying due to the event and event token farming

There is one ad about web and digital marketing that comes up over and over and won’t complete so I have to shut the game down over and over. Either fix the ad or remove it.

Whenever I open it it just goes to a black screen, not even the loading screen and if I'm listening to music it messes that up too. I've reset my phone a bunch, I have a Google pixel 6, I have the latest version of it and nothing works. My Google play account won't log in so it won't save my stuff, can you help me please?

I was using the last night. Changed and next afternoon suddenly cannot opened anymore. Black scleen fir few seconds and closing automatically.... :(

Game reports unstable internet connection. Adds doesn't work.

There are a couple adds that don't work. I get a completely black screen with a just a volume icon in the corner and no matter how much time it passes there is no close button. I have to close the whole game and start over when that happens.

Stuck on loading screen

When i try to open cats and soup, it hits me with a completely black screen and crashes. Nothing else. No loading thing, nothing. Help please i spend so much time on cats and soup and im not logged in! 😭😭😭

i opened the game this morning and it had kind of reset to a seven day gift event that i had completed months ago. it said i hadn’t bought the cat tower or expanded my forest, but all my cats and money were still there. i could click the main buttons but not the actually forest. also every time i close the game it resets to that point, so even if i were to just continue from here, if i close the game it would just restart.

There’s a black screen after an ad I can hear but I can’t see

It isn’t loading and I have tried to redownload it but it still doesn’t work. What do I do?

The game started with not being able to click the dishes to sell yesterday and now it won’t load into the game at all today.

It won’t let me click the dishes when they’re done. It’s frozen and has been like this for several hours.

When i go to collect my soup or juice that is finished, i’m unable to tap on them to collect coins. They continue to expire.

When I try starting up the game it just stays completely black.

I try to complete missions...go to watch the required ad...and it crashes. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now. :( I'm about frustrated and ready to quit this game!!

Can't get the game to install on Android, despite restarts, clearing data, etc

My cats names are not staying with them. I was going to dress one of my cats but then I saw that they were unnamed so I named them again. Then I saw that it wasn’t staying, so I tried a different cat, but that wouldn’t work either.

The money collected while offline always shows as 0, even if the bar shows that time has passed since I last opened the game.

Yesterday i was playing the game then turned off my phone when i got bored as one does. When i open my phone and click on the game the game fully reset out of nowhere!

The coins that my cats collect keeps saying zero and that it’s been 195 min yet I was only off for about 2 min- I don’t get anything from it and it’s being weird. It also says I have honey stir fry, yet I only have 2 honeys not 3

Can't build any new facilities, it says I have to build the Furniture Shop first even though I already built it.

After watching 30+ second ads, I get nothing from chests or other rewards. Game crashes, then at reboot, counts as if I actually received the ad reward when I didn't.

It won't even let me open the game, I've put a little money into it. It's such a pleasant pass time, im super bummed.

the game freezes right after the loading screen. sometimes it freezes when the logo pops up and sometimes it freezes 20 seconds after the loading screen is done. it’s been doing this for days.
