Is Bermuda Adventures Down?

HI! Both my ipad and my windows surface pro game is 50% launching then stating I have no internet connection. All since last evening 4/27/2024. I do as I am writing here and my technical skills are fairly sharp. I have rebooted and also repaired the game. Verified my Wi-fi on ipad and ethernet on Surface. Any issues? Any Fixes?

Game will not load get to about 90% and keeps saying relaunch game.

it frozed up on the great build challenge. I can not tap anything and it won't let me go to any other islands. When I tap any items on the screen it just tell me finish tutorial.

Keep tell me finish tutorial for up grade the tree house. It won't lie me click anything or move on to the other islands.

i pay to collect daily and now the game will not play treasure hunt. all i get is finish tutorial

Cannot finish amusement park tutorial. Last bubble will not pop when clicked on and when I close the game I loose all by points.

When using the wheel in the amusement park area, landing on the question mark space darkens the screen and hangs up the game -> windows10

Playing on Windows 10 PC. Just doing one of the little side/mini missions called "Treasure Vault Mystery". I accidentally clicked on the 2nd obelisk and decoded the inscriptions before I spoke to the parrot. As soon as I spoke to the parrot the game saved and now I'm stuck on the task to decode the inscriptions on the obelisk, but I've already done it, and the game now won't go past the task to "Decode Inscriptions".

Playing on Windows 10 PC. Just got into the new section of the island at the amusement park. When you try to pop the 5 bubbles, the mouse stops working and won't pop the last bubble. Can't do anything after that. Have tried to uninstall, reinstall several times. Same problem.

main island, expanded, the bubble open but the last one, does not open and can not finish tutorial. Whole game gets stuck on that, so no playing anymore. Restarted, reinstalled, problem is still there.

1. Main island expanded. Tutorial bubbles pop except last one. Tapping repeatedly does not work. I have restarted 3 times.

Goes to Bella screen then back to Home Screen , will not load . Playing on Chromebook .

September 28, 2023 10am HUGE GLITCH/BUG in the new matching turtle game that started September 27, 2023 It's been almost 36 hours and the Bermuda Adventures game is still frozen in tutorial mode in the new 'turtle matching' game. I've cleared my caches, logged out, shutdown my computer, started up again and it's still frozen. I cannot get back to the regular part of the game either and can't play at all. It's stuck on the tutorial and I can only get out of it by a force quit (Alt F4). I'm playing the game on my PC and I don't do the traitor/slilmeball-facebook-crap, in order to report this. I don't know any other way to try and reach the tech support of Bermuda Adventure games.

Sept. 27, 2023 2am I've been trying to get past the frozen glitch for hours! The new game of matching 3 or more like items - I think it's something like 'Turtle Island' - is not working. The tutorial will not advance beyond the point it explains about the chests. It's just stuck. I've tried exiting out (force quit) many, MANY times and starting again, all to get stuck at the same place. I cannot get back to the regular part of the game either. It's completely frozen in the tutorial of the new turtle-matching game. HELP!!! I just want to get back to the regular game because time is running out on things I have going on there.

This is the second time that my game has not advanced past 25% when loading. The problem was fixed and them did it again. Can you please fix it. Sorry I am such a bother . Thank you

Can log on an it briefly flashes on home island but then goes to the regatta boat just bobbling in the water. I can't get the screen to change from there.

I have read the issues from many of you and have the same issue. I had the issue and still do, however, I downloaded the game onto my tablet and it asked me which game I want to play, a new one, or the one I had when playing in my iPhone. It work and picked up where I left off from my other device. Not sure if it will work for you but it did for me to at least to continue to play.

I am on a laptop. I click on the icon and the Belka screen shows then stops and the game never loads. I played about 8am EST today and nothing since then.

it will not open

Everytime I click on 5he icon map on my phone it shows "Belka games" and then closes. I'm unable to play or even contact support through the game. Whats the issue and how do fix it? I'm level 14, don't want to reinstall.

App keeps showing belka games screen and then crashes. Has been doing so all day. Tried rebooting game and restarting phone but it’s still doing it

Same thing here after the belka games logo the app just minimises even after restarting phone uninstalling etc still no luck hopefully its just a few misplaced 0s in an update and they can fix it quickly started today

3rd time days no game, start, Belka screen and away. Last possible game sunday 15 o`clock then down with today no game. 9000 energy wasted for nothing. Sorry no money for such trash!

when i play the game on laptop app when i save progress and click on sign into facebook i get a page come up saying Allow the use of cookies by Facebook on this browser but the only thing i can click on is learn about it or close will not let me sign into facebook

The game will not update

On iPhone 14 will only load to 90% then stops and says to relaunch. Tried restarting Tried powering off Only stopped working today

at 30% load it says I have to have internet connection. I have full internet connection and can play all my other games.

The game enters directly at the stage with dices and I can't exit that stage, it stays stucked there. I unistalled and installed again and is the same.

I'm playing on PC. For some reason, it won't respond to my mouse. I can play it on my touch screen, but frankly, it's a pain in the butt.

I haven't been able. To play for the last 24 hrs or so. It starts to load like normal and then just goes straight to the regatta boats in the water and won't go from there.

The game says update so I press the update button and nothing happens then you can't play the game I have plenty of memory.

Lost all game progress when I went to save

For 3 weeks now i've had no free energy and option to watch adverts for free energy.

The game crashed as it does often after selecting the map for a new/different location. Normally, I just select the app and load the game. However, today, the game loads to 90% but won’t go any further. I love the game but the glitches are getting worse with each new mini island or advancement to unlock islands….so frustrating!
