Is Airplane Chefs Down?

I just got the game and in the 4th level when it says you can put trail mix on the tray it doesn't work because the trail mix isn't even like added so I cant go through that level, please fix the bug

I had to reset the game, i lost the progress, I tried Facebook page, cannot recover it. I do not want to restart the game from scratch, what can I di?

The app is saying there is an error - it has been this way from Friday night

Error 13 internal server. Games not been able to open all day. Paid money to break the new piggy bank for gems and gold before issue started.

Getting a 13-internal server error like other people. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still won't work.

I can’t log in for more than 24 hours now, and I just put in money for gems and fuel for the competition. It keeps saying Unknown server error 13. The Contact Us button isn’t working either. Tried restarting the game and restarting the iPad, rebooted the wifi too. Nothing works.

Keeps having an error

The game will not stay up. Looks like it is going to connect, plays music and then poof disappears!

New location Paris shuts down when I press play

it show the laoding page ,but after a few second the page close it by it self

when I try to update the lemonade dispenser it takes my money and gems then gives me a error message with no upgrade and shuts down 3 times so fare

I'll be playing a level and once I complete it, the game completely crashes and I'm at the homescreen of my device. Recently it started crashing while I was in a level.

so on 'Singapore' there are two type of drinks. coffee and tea. When it was just coffee it went great. but when they introduce tea, the passengers image of what they want stay "blank" as in, the cup on their order is literally empty. you can't tell if they want tea or coffee. so now I can't continue Singapore on this game

It says server error 1003, how do I solve this??

Unknown server error 1003. Only in the Naples airport

Right after I made a Microsoft purchase, on 9/27//2022, the game would load, but right after, it cuts off. Tried it again to day, and immediately after the Airplane Chef screen appears it cuts off. Are there still server issues.
