1) I have not received my order (even though it says delivered). 2) I can't even see my account, it's all empty! 3) so automatically, i cannot put that i have not received my order. :(
i am incapable of retrieving my past order history and i wish to return an item; this website has had many technical difficulties as i tried this last week and it didn't load the order history.

i keep receiving network error, please try again later , i created a new account , i even had my friend add her card to see whether it was my card and it still gives the same error. i dont even have the option on my app to click on add payment option.

I made an order o 28th September paid by card , my order was supposed to be delivered from 7 th to 9th but upto now they didn't deliver On the app they show processing Shein please today was my birthday and my items were not delivered I'm too disappointed please refund my money to my account
The payment already been taken out was originally 37.something but went up to 42 something. I canceled my order hopefully I get the money back.

I have used shein many times before with no problem..... but today when I entered the card info it said that the payment had failed. I used the same.card 2 days ago and it was fine. Checked with my bank...everything good there. I've tried 4 separate cards to no avail...continues to give the msg that they were unable.to process this card...try a different payment method. It does not work. I have a cart FULL of stuff...hope its still there when they finally fix this glitch.
Just wanted to contact live support because of a shipping issue but it never gives the option and only lets me use the bot which has the nerve to suggest live chat but no way to it.
