As soon as I switch the game on up comes a notice saying: "Oops. Unable to connect. Please check your network and try again." on both phones. I have unplugged and rebooted my router and restarted both router and phones and my laptop and mobile as a phone work perfectly, so is this fault down to you? It was working ok this morning but problem started this afternoon.

The fifth letter is automatically repeated as the first letter on the next line. I can't delete nor reset. I don't want to lose my 3500 games or 40000 points. Please advise

My Wordaily game is not matching with anyone from this morning (yesterday it was working). I have just upgraded both phone and to fibre broadband and checked everything with my provider and all is OK. On the internet it advises uninstalling and reinstalling the game but I would lose all my points and place in the world and I have already had to do that when I got my new phone and to start all over again. There has got to be another answer. Please help me as I depend on this game as housebound and a pensioner.

Daily challenge not working. I deleted and re-download the app. It lost my daily stats and still doesn't work. Regular play works.
