All of my stats disappeared 😕

My stats just reset at the end of a game, as though I'd only played that game. If that's liable to happen again, I'll just give up playing -- is this common!?

All of my stats have disappeared, well over a year’s worth of stats have gone. I started a new streak and after just four days it has reset and all disappeared again!

All my Quordle Sequence and Weekly stats have been wiped. Hundreds of games lost - what’s the point if you cannot keep your stats?

Could not log in today until late. When I finally got in my stats were gone—I’ve been playing hundreds of days!

I’ve lost all my Quordle stats multiple times in the past couple weeks. I had become a little obsessive, so probably for the best - easier to quit now.

Screen gone black

Quordle still has the shaking screen. It's been like this for weeks. Why don't they fix it? How do we contact them?

Quordle screen has been shaking for over a week now. Difficult to read letters on the right side of screen due to shaking.

Not accepting words after second line. They are 'black' words, not 'red' words.

Will not accept puzzle as complete on finishing on 9th attempt. All 5 boxes will turn green, yet it doesn't recognize the puzzle is complete.

The screen started shaking as soon as I open Quordle.com. It stops as soon as the puzzle is completed. It does the same in Practice screen. It is so bad it's sometimes difficult to see the letters. No shaking in any other screens or games on my laptop.

Quordle screen is flickering - not the whole screen - just where the 4 puzzle sections are. I can still enter words but its very disconcerting and makes looking at it difficult. Started yesterday and continues today.

Daily sequence is stuck on the box telling me to try it? Once I click on daily sequence a box pops up and tells me it’s just like quordle but you have to do it in order. But I can’t exit the box and nothing happens when I click play now! It’s been a week. I’ve turned my phone off and on.

Can't use w,y or q. This seems to be a daily issue. Shame as previously have enjoyed this game.

Same problem as yesterday, I have solved 3 of the puzzles and only have one letter to find on the top left puzzle but it won't let me put in the correct and only possible letter!

Finished 3 of today's puzzles and have the first 4 letters of final word but it won't let me select the final letter.

Quordle's side bar has disappeared so I can't scroll up to see the top 2 squares.

It disappears as soon as I enter my last correct word, so I do not have a chance to review what I did.

My family all has the ability to select a weekly challenge. It does not appear on my phone.

Privacy error note

On the daily puzzles I can't move back and forth between the 4 puzzles. Puzzle 1 populates all the puzzles at the same time. I can't work on 2,3 or 4 until 1 is solved. Each try in puzzle 1 counts the same in the others so I only get 9 chances for ALL 4 puzzels. Why?

For the past couple of months, I cannot see the bottom rows of the bottom two games. No point in playing when I cannot see if my guesses have anything right in them. I thought it would be cleared up by now, but even with a new computer the same problem exists as of today.

Often when I try to play, the keyboard isn’t at the bottom of the screen but covers to bottom 3 rows of the lower tiles. There’s a black space below the keyboard. How can I resolve this layout issue?

Weekly challenge is not there, or is only there some of the time

For the last few days, when I open Quordle and Quordle Sequence, my last guesses are there and so games automatically check all answers. Can’t play Quordle or Quordle Sequence

Only half of the alphabet letters at the bottom appear on my screen. It is very annoying. I love playing, but have given it up until I can fix this!

This is the third day in a row that a starter word from several days ago shows up with a lot of word attempts that do not make sense. I have played this for well over a year and a half and have never had this happen. Is there a restart strategy I don’t know about?

Lost all my previous scores

Starting 8/23/23 on Firefox Android: Quordle comes up with white screen with no content. If you open a new tab you can get to M-Webst site but your stats are ALL Gone! I finally found out if you go to quortle.com it brings you to the Merriam-webster site WITH your stats. You cannot save the tab though. Only works with the old link and redirect. Please fix before the workaround fails!

I usually take a screenshot showing all my words and the score. Now it doesn’t all fit on the screen of my iPad. There’s an ad at the top and the bottom and too much space under the grid so the score doesn’t show.

A screenshot of my completed game no longer shows the whole field, since last Wednesday. The bottom is truncated. I’m on an iPhone 12 mini and am going thru Safari and DuckDuckGo.

As many others have reported - keyboard on Quordle is obscuring bottom two words and scrollbar has disappeared. This has happened all week. Unable to complete the puzzle. Will now give up. It's too irritating.

The navigation/slider on the right-hand side of the game is gone. When I open the app the game, including the slider, is briefly displayed. Then it disappears and the game displays again without the slider.

The solution is immediately covered by Congrats and stats. No way to see the words that I used or show them to others.

Bottom row of key pad letters no longer showing

As reported by others only the top half of the keyboard shows and it is not possible to scroll down to enter any letters from the bottom keyboard row. This is in Chrome on an Android tablet.

The short scroll bar to the right of the four grids is missing, so I can't scroll down to the two bottom grids. I can only see the two top rows and a bit of the third.

Same as others, as soon as I complete the game, I can no longer see my answers. I can share as usual, but I cannot see the actual words I used except for the top two lines. This is on an iPhone. My husband can see the top several lines on his iPad, but same issue.

My Daily Sequence Quordle completed boards not showing in full. Bottom two boards only show 8 of the 10 rows in the last few days.

I can't access the keyboard! I can see the top row of the keyboard, but can't scroll the page up to see the whole thing. A black bar with adverts has appeared at the top of the page. I use an Amazon Fire tablet. I am a long time quordle addict and this problem only manifested itself yesterday.

Quordle automatically zooms in so that l can only see the top row of letters. This happened yesterday but eventually it zoomed out enough to fit on the screen.
