Is Word Crush Down?

Won't allow ads to get free coins for shuffling the letters.

Games comes up, things move but nothing works when I touch the screen.

The game comes up and it’s not frozen. Has music. Everything moves but it won’t respond to touch to move on in to the game. It’s like I’m not even touching the screen

Screen locked; no connection to site

I am in a competition and it no longer shows the standings of the people playing so you know how far or behind you are. I’m playing bowtieful season and before it was on my home page and showed the standings of players and now it doesn’t so you don’t know what place you are in.

I don't want tournaments in word crush ...or word riddles , I love the games and are good at them , but don't like the tournaments...how do I take ithem off ?

When game round is done it won’t compute completion of round. Have to go back after ads done then it will repeat last round. Annoying!

How do I update wordcrush to 2023?

Tournament is not showing.

The word crush app is not working. It won’t open.

Can’t get through the advertising as some are hung up and others don’t get to the x in right corner as it never appears. Love the game but am real tired of having to go out and restart.

Keeps freezing

Daily challenge game has difsappeared.

When you swipe the last word it doesn’t take it and you have to go back to that level and swipe the last word again. Frustrating!

Still not able to play Friday tournaments

I, completed more than 2000 unit games. That time I, got a message to update word crush. I, just did my update and started to play. The game did not respond to continue.

The game won't open. It just hangs on being clicked.. I dare not do anything as I'm afraid my scores and level I'm at will be wiped out

When I swipe a word, the first letters of the word go off.

I had the same issue as everyone else. Solved it by toggling off Wi-Fi, then playing. The game does not crash, and I get no ads.

It crashes as soon as it opens

When I open the app it goes through the front page , the little line on the bottom that always goes across but as soon as it gets to the page to pick of you want to play the daily game or the next game it just immediately closes..couldn’t play today’s daily game.

Would not open today July 16. Same as previous complaint. Don’t want to start over. Updates from yesterday aren’t working.

When I bring up the app it immediately disappears. I am on game number 6260. Please help me. I don’t want to start all over with game 1. 😩

This game keeps crashing….when you watch videos no rewards issued. Right now screen is black…these developers need to fix this game.

When I tap word crush 2022, the screen is blank, then a small circle opens in upper left corner, saying Vongle privacy. Screen is blank.

Constantly crashing or freezing, tried the offline play as suggested but still got ad & then froze, won’t do anything. SOOO annoying, wonder why developers can’t fix.

Crash solution: toggle off Wi-Fi and play offline. It won’t crash, and you don’t get ads.

Keep’s crashing after 1-2 words. Tried restarting iPad. Nope doesn’t fix the problem.

Problem is with free gifts. I watched an ad but coins are not paid, this has happened a few times. Tried ad again, says it won't load try later. This is ongoing for the past three days. I've closed app and restarted no joy. Can't get any of the free gifts. With regards to ad not loading, it works fine on main game play.

If your game is shutting down, don’t do any of the suggested actions. They don’t work, and you can lose all of your history. What does work is to turn off your Wi-Fi and play offline. It won’t shut down. When you go back online, the problem should be solved temporarily, and if you’re in a tournament, it will ask you which score is correct, tournament or local. Select local, and it will update your tournament score. An added benefit of this solution is there are no ads while you’re offline.
