Is Word Life Down?

Word Life keeps locking up... usually on the Rewards screen. I read that clearing the cache might fix it but I can't find anywhere to clear the cache??? Also if I uninstall and reinstall the app, will I lose all the points I've built up??? Thanks

Word Life locks up at different stages. If I reinstall it will I lose all my points?

Won't open. Stuck at Relax and enjoy the game. Have not been able to play for last several days.

The game won't open from the page that says enjoy the game

You no longer receive credit for surveys completed. Now, you have to deal with ads which are relentless. Other areas of game play also not working properly. Constantly freezes up. WE NEED AN UPDATE!

App opens onto front screen then closes back down after about 10 seconds.

Videos not working, double rewards not working. Daily ‘grammar’ game not working,

App comes up and “enjoy the game” just keeps repeating

while i am playing i keep getting cut off. And it has been hapening a lot

It won’t budge. I here the little jungle. Relax and enjoy the game, then when I hit on play nothing. It seems to be stuck. I’ve rebooted my phone several times, and deleted app and reinstated. The same thing. I’m home and connected to wi-fi. I think you might have left me a message, but can’t access since the app won’t budge
