Is Word Crossy Down?

Game continuously crashing & no its not my device. You need to fix it!!

I am on level 3009 and have had to exit the game the few previous games and ever since too in order to move on to the next game. None of ,y rewards are added.

After typing my answers on my Word Crossy game, the answers disappear & I have to start all over again.

Level 15480 is missing a letter. The crossword calls for 8 letters and there are only 7. I have sent a screen shot for you to fix this and have been waiting for someone to fix it. So what's up!!

I am able to play 1 level but then it freezes and I don't get the points I earned during the game. The extra words I find does not convert into points and the extra words list does not clear either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem persists.

For the past week, the game keeps crashing. I can play 1 to 5 games, and then it just shuts down.

The game does not add the points obtained for extra words in each level and does not advance to the next level. You have to shut the game down and open it again to get to the next level.

After finishing a level,no points giving and cant continue to next level,must go out and lock in again.

When asked to watch a video for coins or get a hint, I will press the icon I need to but it the icon just disappears and the game continues like I didn’t press anything. It been happening for the past two days.
