Cannot enter any location up or down. puzzle drops down causing keyboard to "disappear ", thus no way to enter a letter.

Crossword is not loading for July 21 2023
The puzzle keeps buffering and won’t let me play.
when i try to enter the crossword a screen pops up and says "subscribe to play more" with no close option even though I have multiple free crosswords left to play.
Puzzle moves to second letter of next clue, not first. Have to manually change for every clue
When the puzzle moves to the next clue, it always goes to the second letter position instead of the first. As such I always have to backspace to the first letter position.
No new crosswords since 11/18
No new crossword puzzles since November 18, 2022. I have an account and have updated it with no correction to the problem.
No new games since Friday 12/18/22
I have not been able to get a new puzzle since Friday November 18. Is the site down?
