error loading gameplay, can't update app

It says server not responding contact support I can’t load the game

Message keeps popping up "error loading game play". Have restarted app repeatedly but I can't get any farther than lip syncing server

The episodes don’t work. I need to make 9 trades for completing the episode but I don’t get trades or ads for lipsticks anymore. The episode name is also gone it’s just a code with random numbers and letters. I also didn’t get my reward for last event and no new event shows up.

Will not download the new update at start menu

Every time I try to log in it tells me to sign in with Facebook yet it won’t let me

The game keeps crashing whenever I try to open it, this started with the latest update.

You know how there’s the daily and weekly competitions? The daily one disappeared yesterday and won’t come back. I’ve restarted the app and my phone.

When I open the app it doesn’t move past the 100% loading screen. It’s stuck on that screen and I can’t get into the game at all.
