Is Gacha Club Down?

when I try to export my OC with the offline and online code it says that the data base its down, I had this issue since february. I tried everything its still not working.

my characters won’t save, & the import/export system won’t let me copy offline codes. i have not tried with online codes seeing as i usually don’t use them so i didn’t bother unlocking them.

My gacha characters are not saving and I have to redo all designs again.

I wanted to export the offline and online code for my characters on gacha club but it didn't let me. Instead, it said "unable to export character; the database may be down" which I don't understand why it's happening. And when I click on the offline export by "Copy all", nothing happens!

Within the app, nothing has been saving what so ever. Recently, I opened up Gacha club and started making an edit sense it’s been awhile. Half way through my app crashed and when I opened it back up, none of my progress was saved, so I had to pick up where I left off and continued. Inside my edit, I had a very difficult scene to make and after a bit, I needed a break due to my headache and when I’m back NOTHING SAVED!! NOT EVEN THE NEW OCS. It’s been three days sense this started, and I can NOT handle this anymore. Please fix it❤️ (sorry, I can’t be remaking oc’s thousands of times💀💀)

why tf does the game erase all my progress? i just finished editing 3 characters, and came back to see all my hard work GONE 😍 please fix this bs, im getting TIRED. the export button not working is just the cherry on top 💀 also why is the opening screen lopsided? 😭 atp im not sure if my device is malfunctioning, if my crappy wifi isn’t cooperating with me, etc… but i need it FIXED. toodles! 😘✌️

The Ads are annoying me. They show up everything you accidentally click on a different section on the app or go into studio; there’s also the fact that it doesn’t save my changes on my characters. I have to return to title 2-3 times just to get it to save. I think this has something to due with the update everything was fine before.

I can’t copy the offline code in gacha and I can’t export any of my original characters on my phone. I have tried to get the online code but it keeps saying that the data base is down. I am upset because I copy the offline code I use for my original character and put them into a note tab so I won’t lose them as I create my stories. That was my way of getting around the data base issue but now I can’t even copy the offline codes at all on my phone. What do I do?

When I reseted the whole thing to make new characters, it doesn’t work. What I mean by that is that whenever I make an oc and accidentally close the app, it just automatically resets and all of my progress is gone. I have tried to redownload the app for like 3x and it still had that problem.

Offline export not copying

The export button doesn’t work correctly and it won’t let me export my character codes, please do something to fix this, thank you.

It won’t let me press the ‘copy all’ button when I try to export a character offline. When I first clicked on the app it opened sideways and then asked me to rate the game, which then after I tried closing out of the app and clicking back in, the app reset some of my stuff. I also tried it on my other devices and they’re doing the same thing.

Yes, first adds are popping up randomly they did not had adds before. Second, my characters positions and places are not being updated, as in when I use my characters and place them in a position or place and then I remove the app from my tabs the position or places of my character change to what they were before I used my characters and not the recent one.

So I’ve had this app for a long time and I never had this problem.The problem is that when I close out of the app it deletes all my characters and I’m a Gachatuber I use Gacha Club for my vids and when I close out of the app it puts my characters in a old position.So I hope u guys can fix this!

I cannot import or export characters. Also they don’t save, it’s really annoying when I want to make a new design for a character I already have made and I can’t export it. It’s glitchy and now there’s ads. To be honest I haven’t even really touched the game in awhile because of the update and I’m really frustrated because I can’t make videos. (Hi :D)

When I click onto the app it glitches sideways then goes normal, then when I make a character go off the app it js goes back to what it was also the imports do not work and won’t even copy

On iOS, if I make any changes in studio mode or create a new OC and close the app, it won’t save what I did.

I created two characters, and closed the app. When I went back in, they were gone and it was the same as before I created them

IT'S DELETING EVERYTHING in gacha club that I work on first it stops for about two seconds and then poo it just exits and its closed Not saved and all progress is deleted! the worst thing is that this happens every 1 or 2 minutes! I'm not being able to enjoy the game! i play on a laptop [NOT APPLE]

Whenever I open gacha club on my Chromebook, it constantly crashes, sometimes it's just a blank screen that crashes, and at other times, it is as soon as I start to make a character. it isn't happening with any of my other apps and I tried turning on and off my Chromebook, but nothing, still happening.

every time I try to get the colour brown onto my shirt, it turns black when I exit to go edit another character. This is very annoying and no it’s not bc of the skin, it just won’t work 💀 thx if u fix this

I have the windows version of Gacha club, and every time I try to import a character it says it imported but the character won't change. Pc only does offline import.
