Hello. I can’t load the game, it just gets to opening screen then shuts down game. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting i.e. wifi, turning off phone, checking for updates etc.

Getting a "cannot connect to server. Try again?" Error message

My singing monsters wouldnt update so I uninstalled it and deleted some apps and I tried to redownload it again but it won't let me ):

Facebook login still not working. Over a month waiting

Mobile app opens and functions as normal for about 15-30 seconds before freezing entirely. The only fix is to close it and open it again, which then repeats the same issue

I was back from school and played but i couldn't it said under maintenance.

Omg! My conundrum hasnt been collected all week... I need to put my rare quarrister in my hatchery... My daily login streak is lost... My mines are bursting... My monsters just need tending in general... I am having serious withdrawal issues!!!! Please make my monster game work!!! 😭😭😭

Error on logging saying My singing monster in down it’s been over 3 days there rates out that I want to breed on certain islands besides collecting my diamonds how it’s My singing monster having issues are they going to make it up to the faithful players on here they also get you a time limit on Amber island which I starting to do

It keeps saying it's logging into Facebook and nothing happens, and when I deleted it and tried to sign in that way it STILL didn't work... Free Gems are in order

It's not been working since last night. It's stuck on the "Connecting to Facebook" Thing. And I did pull Facebook up to the side while logging in.

Still not working, its been more than 24 hours... 😭

After several hours logging in through Facebook still doesn't work unfortunately. Hope it will get resolved soon

Logging in via facebook isnt working, just says " Loging into Facebook...", I think this is for everybody and should hopefully be fixed soon.

Can't login using Facebook; an error page appears stating the "App [is] not active..." I've cleared my cash, force stopped the game, uninstalled then reinstalled the game, and downloaded Facebook. Nothing has worked and I'm worried I'm gonna lose all my progress

They really should make it so that the login doesn't depend on facebook

Every time I go to the game, it just stays on "Logging into Facebook." I check back on my Facebook account, and it looks fine. I've tried restarting my phone multiple times, and that hasn't worked. The same thing happened like 7 hours ago too.

I can not access my account. I use a facebook account and when i come to log onto my account it says 'app not active' i have spend over £100 on this game please can you resolve my account or refund my money please. Thank you Marcus Rowbotham. P.s. account number is 1025258690HE

Login via Facebook not working. Updating Facebook, forcing stop of both apps, Facebook re-login did not help.

It won’t log in, looks like other people are having similar problems too. I open the app and it won’t load past the login screen.

Keep getting the “connection issues try again later” screen. I have updated, closed and reopened several times, deleted and redownloaded the app same issues.

it won't work,when i start playing and I load it the numbers are speeding and kicks me out.i don't wanna delete the app because I have a island that I like so much and i have most monsters.

i can’t play my singing monster cause when is done loading is keep kicking me off the app and i have to finish breeding entbrat if you see this thank you.

Not loading into world.

Game isn’t loading in, but when it does I’m met with ads that crash it immediately. You can’t tap anything, the monsters aren’t singing anymore and most of the times it won’t let me click off of the ads!

It crashes on the loading screen as soon as it gets to 100%. This started yesterday when I tried to get conductor island. It crashed when it started to load. And now it won’t open.

Game isnt connecting after the new update. Ive attempted to get in the game on 2 different devices and ive still had an issue with it. is it just me or is this a server problem?

when I open the app it just shows a generic title with a white background with the word 'starting' in the top left corner. this has happened only one other time and I had to delete it to get it to go back to normal but my progress was not saved
