When i get in game and it loads when i click the screen it doesn't let me log into the game and i tried downloading it from different places and it still doesn't work

Im playing on the tablet. I can't click the notes sometimes.

Every time I finish playing a song the schreen goes black and if I touch it, it kicks me out and I don't get any reward for playing, I have to play again but it still doesn't work

After the update when i started a show, the screen was blank and if i touched it it would cause me to quit the game. If it worked , after a show i couldn't receive rewards because the screen wss black

The music video songs don't have a music video

I know for sure this isn’t my wifi problem, and the problems I’m going to share right now has been happening for a while now. So…whenever I go into colourful stage, quite a lot of problems happen. First, it takes such a long time to load. And when it DOES load, none of the events’ pictures show, and when I go to the Gacha to pull cards, all it shows is a confusing screen like that is just a turquoise colour a background, nothing else. And when k go to complete a show, it shows none of the songs’s audio (when we choose which sing to play), and it doesn’t even load to play the song. Just a loading screen that says 0%. I know it won’t load because I’ve been on that screen for a long time. And nothing else works too. I’m frustrated. Please fix this problem. Thank you!

The game keeps on closing on my iPhone even before I updated it to iOS16

I updated my phone to IOS 16 a few days ago and the game worked just fine, but now it keeps crashing. I deleted the app and got it back and I still have the same problem.

I try to log in the game but when I do it says that the servers down.

Hello Im currently having a problem of my game, It keeps kicking me out of a game after I finished a song.. At first I thought it was just a black screen that takes longer than the others but it keep kicking me out.. I can't even even go back to the menu without staring the game again, can you please fix it its okay if it takes a long time.

the app on my ipad doesn’t even let me go to the playing screen it crashes every time i try. i’ve tried undownloading and redownloading, restarting my wifi, and restarting my ipad but nothing seems to work.

When I go in the app it says a error has occurred and sends me back to the Home Screen

I install and go inside the app and there a page that I need to agree for terms and services but doesn’t show any sign of it can’t go in.
