Is Letter Soup Down?

App gets to cantina Mexicans #7 and it quits working. I reinstalled and it went to the same spot again and stops working.

Adds for free hints jam and just have to get off! No free hints! Was a great game! Please fix it

Like the other complaints I watch the ad, then the ad freezes, so have to clear screen manually to get back to game and no free hint. Quite a number of people have complained about the same thing but nothing has been done. I suspect that not enough players are buying the free hints so therefore they are blocking the free hint in order to force players to buy them. Pretty sneaky and unethical. Pity because it’s a good game. Ah well it’s all about money I guess.

When watching the ads for free hints the ad freezes and won’t clear when finished, and I can’t return to the game. Even switching phone off doesn’t work

Free Hints not working most of the time. Endlessly having to plough through the adverts then nothing and have to remove the game from the screen to get back to play. Why keep the green boxes when no hints are given out? Therefore you are telling lies about the game. I’m definitely telling others not to use the app and it used to be such a good game.

Won’t give me hints anymore, tried everything above, still not working

I play the game then watch an ad to get a free hint. After I watch the ad it won’t go away so I have to physically remove it by flicking it off my screen and then I don’t get the free hint. Are you trying to make me buy the hints, if so just say so because it’s very annoying to get dudded all the time. I love the game, it’s educational, it’s tricky sometimes and it’s being spoiled by some, hopefully, glitch that you should fix. (By the way you owe me 3 free hints)
