Recently the game have been updated but when i try to log in again it's stuck on the loading screen of that little girl and I've repeatedly uninstalled and installed the game and it's still not working. I also have more than enough storage so I don't think that's the problem

When i logged into my alt account and i sended something to my main it said "The player has added and deleted many players.Please be careful." and on the top it also says "Suspicious Behavior" what does that mean, and does that affect my gameplay???

I just started playing this game but I genuinely cannot make it through the tutorial, SPECIFICALLY "The Cousin: Gloom over reunion". Every time I log in and start the game my screen is just a blue background and my character who cannot move anywhere else.

I keep getting reported and have to wait like twelve hours to talk and also been blacklisted for some reason. I have also no idea what uve done so I need help with the players that do report me for no reason.other than the fact I have added and deleted many players due to the fact they wouldn't speak to me and they were taking up space so I repeated them. Maybe it says that I have suspicious behavior but I haven't done anything so please help me!

Recently just switched from iphone to Android and I tried loading the game in but it's stuck on the loading screen of that little girl and I've repeatedly uninstalled and installed the game and it's still not working. I laid on my bed for 15 minutes trying to get this game started. The game worked just fine on my iphone but apparently it's not working on my android, so I'm wondering if you can't play this game on Android? I also have more than enough storage so I don't think that's the problem

Tried to log in on ipad and won't sync from iPhone to iPad. Makes me start a new character.logged in correctly but it won't sync. Iphone is good but I wanna play on my tablet. Please help. I love this game.

Regardless if I try playing the game on my phone or bluestacks it refuses to log me in, saying "Server is too busy" even at 1AM. If I make a new character on another server it works but not loading one I'm already in. It's very annoying as this will ruin my dailies, not to mention it's hard to want to pay money for a game that I struggle to log into. This has happened many times now, please fix it. Thanks, N.
