Recent Outage Reports

Wont finish new patch. Gets to 6.0% and the Running Ras comes up on the screen and won't connect to the server.
Tried 2 different mobile devices, switched network etc. I usually have to un-install and re-install after an update, but this time I can't even get in.

I am having crashes every 30 mins aprox, tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my ipad / iphone but didnt fix it.
