Every time I try to play the game, it shows a maintenance in progress screen. So, I wait a few days or even weeks but it still says the same thing. Is it just broken or really in maintenance?

To quote Logan 1 month ago... "The game will not load up, the blue spinny circle spins but no loading bar" I am having similar issues. I've already had to reinstall the game but it does not fix anything.
