the puzzle doesn't show up
The 7 little words site loads but there's no puzzle.
I get the main menu, but one button is outlined in green. If I click on another button, the green outline moves to this new button. The button won't open the game. I can't get past the main menu.

The bottom right block of letters will not let me choose them to complete a word. I am only able to click on the other blocks so even though I know the word I can’t complete the puzzles.
It is stuck on text to speech..
Had to reinstall my dads copy from App Store. Since when he loaded the old one it was just black. New downloaded copy won’t let me return to main menu. It insisted we play 50 sunrise puzzles and won’t let me bypass to restore his purchases and get to daily puzzle. Ideas?

When I open the app, it starts to work, then it gets hung up with “handshake.” This is on my iPad. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my device on and off, etc. I do not have any problems with any other game apps I use (monkey wrench, etc.).
Bonus puzzle 4 from 8/17 is complete, but continues to say that it’s not finished.
Won’t load
The normal (as opposed to the daily) game is frozen. Whenever I select a new game, I get a banner saying “Loading” that never goes away. I have tried reloading the game, clearing the cache, resetting the tablet, etc. IPad 8th generation, iOS 17.6

Mini puzzles won’t load at all & the app freezes there when I try. I was able to play the regular games.
Game suddenly stopped loading. I tried closing the app & reopening it, & rebooted my iPhone twice, but nothing seems to work.
The program stops when it says handshake complete and freezes at that point.
Game won't load
The adverts do not finish sometimes. Despite tapping the cross at the right hand top, which normally signifies that the advert has completed, it doesn’t do so. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again but still have the same problem. It’s a shame as I like the game despite I don’t get all the American clues as I’m British.

I have 7 little words on both my iPhone and my iPad (love the game…great vocabulary guilder. When game starts to load, no problem with iPhone. However, my iPhone app gets stuck about halfway thrown download and won’t go any further. It’s has always worked fine but this a new problem. HELP!😩😩😩
The game is stuck on an ad and won’t move to the next puzzle.

I love this game and have played it for several years on my desktop computer. Every once in a while though, after solving most of the words, I'll begin typing in another word. Halfway through entering letters, I'll realize it's not going to work, and I'll hit the X to erase that entry. Suddenly, all the solved words disappear, and I have to start the game over, hoping I can remember what those word were.
Puzzles not loading. Screen is white and the puzzle is visible but the wheel keeps turning and can’t proceed.
This site crashes repeatedly. Sometime I haven even started the game & it's gone. Never finish one batch of puzzles without repeated crashes.
When I try to do the daily puzzle, I get a message that says there is an Internet connection problem and to try again later. This has been going on for at least 12 hours.
After playing 7 little words, going back to play the next game, the screen goes black. I have to turn the phone off and then back on to clear it
iPad shows screen for today. Screen is cloudy A triangle symbol is spinning in the centre of the screen. Will not change
App shuts down after attempting load
App tries to open but goes back to the Home Screen instead of opening the page with the puzzle. This has been going onfor almost one week.

I can open it on my iPhone but not my iPad. I prefer the larger screen of the iPad.

App will not open or if it does open to the page with number of available puzzles, the app disappears within 2 seconds. Once it got it to the list of starred completed puzzles & I played games. Again app immediately disappeared. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but still continues to not open. Worked fine yesterday. Please advise what is problem. All other apps work fine
