Is Township Down?

Keeps crashing since I accepted the latest update (though it hasn't totally updated yet)

When I try to claim my regards chest prizes the game just disappears. I reload and it happens again. This has went on for hours. If it keeps up I'll get kicked out of my coop as I am unable to play.

It keeps crashing. I get "unexpected bug error"

Relay tasks just disappear before alotted time has run out

Township game will not finish loading, I've already tried restarting the game as well as restarting my tablet. I have full bar wifi connection.

Gets to initial screen, loads all the way to the end of the bar, the screen then dims & nothing else happens. Won't allow me to enter the game 😕

Loading screen loads, then dims, then crashes. Wont open the game. I’ve check the game and my IOS for updates, I’ve restarted my phone and changed from wifi to cellular. Nothing is changing.

Can't get into yacht club and tasks grey out since start of new season

I am having issues w/connection lost/unable to connect to the server. I have tried both wi-fi & cellular. I have uninstalled & reinstalled. I have cleared caches & rebooted my phone. This has been going on for 3 days. Sometimes I can get on for a few minutes then I get booted. Is this getting fixed or should I just uninstall & forget the game all together?

When each regatta ends I enter the game, my screen automatically goes to the regards prizes page, I tap screen to get my rewards and it throws me out. This has happened numerous times. I am unable to get past this point to do anything else on the game. I have tried all things I’ve seen suggested. Nothing I do seems to work.

Event for colorful puzzles won't let me play at all I click on event all it does is bounce the camp area but won't let me play it

Event is over splash screen won’t go away. It just pops back up every time I dismiss it. Reinstalled app but issue persists.

It says the event is over and gets stuck on that screen. Deleted and re-downloaded, but as soon as the Event is fully downloaded it bombs out again.

Same as other people, keeps saying event is over but unable to do anything else ☹️

States event is finished but this pop up message does not disappear so unable to use game. Deleting app and reloading did not solve problem! Try a few times

Screen says event is over click off of it and it reappears. I am not able to use any game functions. If I go to the coming soon function it does the same thing. I am frustrated!!

Town is working but cannot harvest or buy anything because barn is full, but its not full. Will not clear!

Game keeps crashing

Mini game doesn’t load. Just shows the arrow pointing to start the game, but it doesn’t start the game. What a waste of a golden ticket! Money paid and can’t benefit from perks and play the game properly or participate fully in Regata.

4 days ago my mini game (colorful puzzle) has disappeared. The support team is a joke! Wrote them several times and the only answer i got was: wait for the next update. Realy????? Total waste of the golden ticket, can't do regata tasks, can't participate in the special event, realy realy annoying!!!

The colorful puzzle is gone. I can’t get it to open from anywhere in the game.

Why bother? Having read all of the comments above from people having the same problem of Township not loading (for months now) it is apparent you don't care to fix this issue. Too bad, it was ab good game.m I'm done now.

I cannot play the special event game. The game pavilion is still in my town. But I haven’t been able to play the special event for the last three days.

The event isn't loafing /working. It says it's unavailable for your device. I've checked GB - RAM etc. And I have plenty of spare. It's the Magical Christmas Event.

Tally counter on screen disappeared. Have to keep reverting to regatta area to find out where you're up to. My messaging ability has gone, can manage 4 words then it blanks out. Seems I can type a message but I don't see it till its posted. And it is 'starring' out certain normal words regardless of keep trying..Then the logo's around the screen have increased in size blocking out more of farm.....the latest update is rubbish

The tasks for the relay do not show up on the screen on the right hand side you have to go to thr relay area to see your progress ie how many planes left to send, crops to harvest etc.

Game freezes when I click the task in the event. More specifics: Mysteries of the North event. Game totally freezes when I click the task called "get through the forest" and I need to restart it. I am able to play all other areas of the game, but not able to proceed in the event other than looking for the artifacts...but even then I won't be able to find them all since I can't uncover the land without being able to complete tasks :/

Have installed and uninstalled several times but says I'm eligible for reward on transport magnate but then throws me out of the game. Please sort this out.

My iPad keeps crashing. I have reset my iPad and only have this game installed and it's still doing it. iPad isn't that old, so my guess is it is the game causing my iPad to crash.

Township wanted an update, but wouldn't do it. I uninstalled, but now cannot re install my favorite game.😭😥😰

The colorful puzzle game is supposed to be active for 3 more hours but it was gone when I opened the game. The tasks are still available for the Regatta but no game. I rebooted the tablet, cleared the app's cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that didn't help. This happened after I was notified about the update. There were no pending updates in the Google Play store or on my tableet.

Please help me ive done trouble shooting on my end but o still get kicked off

A day after buying the golden ticket, the colorful puzzle event will not open. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling and still does not work. Please fix!

All event tasks in regatta are grey and say event over however the event is live and I am able to play the event.

It shows me upcoming events and the notification don t close. All procedures including re-install done, no luck.

When I open township just get black screen. Before it would work if I open multiple times. Now doesn't open at all. I am running on MacBook Pro.

The game won’t load. This has been happening for over a week now. Have played this game for years and never had any problems until now. Have done all the recommended things, and my iPad software is up to date. I have to delete the app and then reinstall it to play, but I am pretty tired of having to do that. Never thought I would ever delete this app permanently but I may have to. Hoping for a fix soon.

Any tickets I have earned are gone along with any other progress made. Frustrating and ready to stop playing after all these years….

I have been unable to access the game for several days. I would at least like to get my golden ticket refunded since it's worthless. My game is not associated with social media, so I'm afraid to delete it and lose everything I've worked for.

The game is constantly crashing . I've cleared the cache and cleared data like the help line suggests and it still crashes. This is becoming ridiculous as everytime a new game is downloaded there are glitches in it. I've payed money so I can get extra benefits with township so I would expect this game to be running smoothly, please fix the problems so this game can be enjoyed.

When I exit the app and clear it, everytime I try to open it, it doesn’t load and closes back again. Tried uninstalling and installing it but I don’t want to do this everytime it won’t open. My iOS is up to date and also the app version is updated. I am annoyed.

After iPad software upgrade, i cant open Township already. What happen. Been playing approx 7 years no problem.

Game will not load. It tries for ten or seconds and then crashes. The only way it will load is if I delete and reinstall the app which is very time consuming and even then the matching game never fully loads. It was doing the same thing a few months ago but had been resolved for a bit but now it’s right back to not loading.

1. Cannot enter the game, unless I delete the app, then reinstall it. Only way to get in. 2. Wedding event, I complete the task, the super hard task, then the game glitches and goes black, this is once I choose what to do, eg: face mask, remove skirt etc. when I can get back into the game, I find the level I just completed, needs to be redone, all points have gone that I gained and the skirt is still on etc. 3. My picture I earned in the last golden ticket has disappeared. The girl cow picture. 4. I delete and reinstall my game over and over to be able to play. As soon as the screen opens and I tap it, I get kicked out. This is the 3rd day. Do you have a time frame when it’s going to be fixed?

Game won’t load

I had a Samsung Galaxy a20 and I had no problems out of township, I dropped it and cracked the screen and it was shattered. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy a12 and now it tells me the event is not available for my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it about four times and it doesn't seem to be fixing the problem, any suggestions?

Everytime I try to do the puzzle game, it crashes me. I have lost 3 tasks for my co-ops regatta because of this. Very frustrating. I deleted township and reinstalled it like the support page suggests and it's actually worse then before the reinstall. I hope it gets sorted soon because I'm fed up that I actually may end up just deleting the game altogether

Everytime I win extra tools from the mine I get booted off. Yes I have rebooted the game twice now and still getting booted . Please fix it

My township turns off when I try and redeem tools from the mine. I've earned these things and cannot get them. I've paid 7.99 to earn extra things with township so I would like it fixed. Everytime there's a new download there always seems to be a problem with this game as this is not the first time a problem has occurred.
