I can’t make a purchase it’s telling me to contact support not even trying to take payment

It's not letting me on I can see the game but it has gone dark and won't let me spin

Extremely upset! Bought underwater packs & other packs to progress through the anniversary event & now the underwater & potion will not progress no matter how many spins it’s fed randomly! Can’t use the tridents now! Or potions & now my progressive golden pass & merchant madness are useless! I won’t get x Amt of tridents bcuz they’re arnt any & now also won’t be able to finish all the tasks! I want all the $ I spent on them refunded! As much $ as this game makes-it crashes during their anniversary event?!?! F outta here! game play/strategy ruined because of this & out of money!

Game loads gets stuck on 99

Every time I press on the coin master app to open it, it does nothing. It doesn’t load or start up it just stays stuck on the main screen forever. I’ve had to delete the app twice and reinstall/download it and then it works. But it continues to do the same thing every time.

New event isn’t showing up and teams not working

The game loads. However I can’t press on any of the icons. (Eg. The team) and nothing is loading, like the new event. I can’t load the team so I can’t collect the team chest which I feel like I won’t get when it works again. It’s been like this all day.

The coin master is frozen on one user and whenever I get raid through spinning, the app sends me out of the game. When I open the game again, the coin master is still stuck on the same user and the cycle repeats itself again. Please fix it, thanks

I had over 45 thousand spins which I was saving for when the most recent event ended. I've gone back onto the application to use them and they have disappeared. Can you please resolve this and give me my spins back, I was saving them for my sons to enjoy and they are really Upset now
