How to Solve Tappy Down or Outage Issues

1. Click and hold on the Tappy icon or any icon from the Home screen for a few seconds.
2. When the icons begin to jiggle, tap the X on the corner of the Tappy app icon. Doing so will delete or uninstall Tappy from your device.
3. Click Delete to confirm action.
