Is Super Auto Pets Down?

after having created an pet pack I pressed save and got softlocked so I alt+f4 and then when I tried to rejoin the game didnt recognize the email as being valid so after a couple restarts and 1 reinstall I rejoin the game to find out that the error has been changed from not recognizing my account to an error code named ,,error code 500,,

I cant change Backgrounds or hats since the new Puppy update it just says "error happened with error code 500"

Whenever I click on the app, I get stuck on an immediate black screen and cannot load into the game.

I don’t know why but even when I put my email address I can’t get to my account because there is apparently not any account one this address

Just stopped loading during a fight. Tried to leave then reconnect to the game and it logged me out and I can't log back in. This was typed by someone else reporting the issue but this is exactly what happened to me too.

When I go to launch the app on my android phone it shows the SAP symbol for a split second. Then the screen goes black and my phone sort of acts like the home screen has rebooted. I've tried to Uninstal and re download but no luck

Login screen is entirely broken, whenever I try logging in it just says “Error Code 500” and there doesn’t seem to be anything online helping me fix it.

Recently, when I tap arena, the screen will darken and then nothing will happen. The game freezes and will not put me into a match, nor will it let me navigate any menus or interacts with anything. My only option is to close the game, and when I relaunch the app it shows my arena as saying I am on turn 0. Trying to get in freezes the game again, forcing me to abandon the match entirely.

I love this game, I really do but with status code 0 I can't play at all. Any help i can get would be amazing, thanks

I did an update on the game and ever since I get a message saying: Could not connect to server, one or more errors have occurred(connection timed out), StatusCode 0, Message: Connection timed out. Please help I really like this game!

Getting sick of error code 522 for NO REASON... It's 2am EST the servers are not overloaded ... This is getting absurd.
