Is Star Trek Fleet Command Down?

Server issue, I have unistalled and reinstalled soon as I click play I get stuck on this screen saying preparing, the screen back background where it has the white letters star trek fleet command

logged on but downloading non-stop

when trying to access fleet cmmnd either on my phone or PC get an alert that the game requires an update before running No update appears to be available , get caught in a loop

After 15 minutes of not being able to load past 35 % I now get the message "The game is currently undergoing maintenance. Please check back soon."

Log and game freeze

iPad Pro. I log in and game reloads. Game crashes 5 seconds later. I’ve cleared catch, reloaded game. Turned device on and off. Still the same..

Since latest update the game is constantly crashing and had become unplayable, I manage to hit 1 hostile before it crashes,

Game won’t load the past 2 days. It stops around 70%.

Gets to 70% loaded and doesn't go any further. I've reloaded, restarted, emptied cache and data and still nothing. Been about 24 hours without getting on.

Stfc lag v.hard? Other apps like youtube ,facebook seems run smoothly.

The PC version is constantly throwing errors and it is almost unplayable. The gift button has been grayed out for 2 days now and anytime I click just about anything I get a pop p error message box.

It updated this morning and worked for a few minutes. Now it won't boot up on my Windows 10 pc laptop

Cannot login. Game gets to 70% then says undergoing maintenance come back later. This at 1830 UTC / 1730 BST
